There was no obvious parking place so I had to improvise and felt like no matter where I left it I was going block someone. No space was large enough. It took me a while to figure out where to leave it. I left feeling like I might get charged extra for blocking a storage unit or something. Your employee basically tricked me into having to buy more gas - after I had already replaced what I used. As I was leaving with the truck he said They has is at 5/8 of a tank ( I had a witness with me) - so when I got in I verified that and it did have 5/8 of a tank. We drove 24 miles and I replaced 2 gallons of gas and when I returned the truck the associate said that it had between 5/8 and 3/4 and changed me an additional $7. I understand it's only $7 - but I don't like being ripped off. I'm also going to do a Yelp And Google review because of this.BEVERLY W.
Headlights were dim and not properly focused. Gas tank should be full when picked up easier to return with full tank than trying to figure out how to get it to 3/4 and 1/2 or whatever. Front of van was layerd in dead bugs, filthy. Windshield wipers only smeared windshield did not clean. Should probably be replaced especially with dim headlightsDAVID T.

Your mobile application is glitchy and problematic. I couldn't take a picture of the dirty cab area and the dirty wheels. When I went to rotate the pics of the truck into landscape my phone which is set for landscape motion did not rotate. When I tried to drop off the truck it took 4 tries to start the return process. Everything about he rental location is wonderful. Fix your application. It really sucksClaude C.

The add-on items I ordered didn't come with the truck, I did receive a refund but when you are planning a move those items are important. I was very disappointed. Second, I received a call that the truck should be returned at 12pm when I ordered a 10 hour rental.Kimberly G.

When i went to pick up the truck the lock was very difficult to work. It took my husband and I 25 minutes to get it unlocked. Then when we opened the truck the equipment that we ordered was not there. That delayed our moving process. When I called the phone number the gentleman who answered was very apologetic but said he could t do anything till the Stote opened the next morning. I then went to the Store the next morning and picked up only one of the items I ordered because we didn't need everything else due to the fact we had to move it on our own. We had a timeline that we had to stick by and not having the equipment we ordered made it a harder to complete. The guys at the location were apologizing and seemed like very nice guys it was just unfortunate that we didn't have what we needed.Lina S.

My mother and I came in to get a U-Haul reservation we parked the car and my mother decided that she wanted to smoke a cigarette in the parking lot David walks outside and ask her not to smoke on the premises so my mother said respectfully OK I'm sorry I'll go with you to a different area he did not respond to my mothers apology when I was inside getting the U-Haul that process was A good experience when David asked me to get the key out of the lock box I was having trouble so my mother asked him can you please come help my daughter outside he then yells at my mother and tells her I don't like the way you're looking at me or speaking to me all my mother wanted him to do was to help me with the lockbox yes he did help me but he was very rude and unprofessional to my mother it's almost as if he was provoking her in some sort of way that maybe he had animosity towards her because she was smoking a cigarette outside near the car . I did not appreciate his behavior towards my mother at all very unprofessional and very disrespectful as far as the experience of renting a U-Haul went very smooth please talk to your employees about having respect for others He's very inappropriate And disrespectfulKandis G.

I used to the U-Haul website to order a 26-foot truck, it gave me the location nearby as an option, it let me prepay and register for the vehicle, and when I went to go pick it up, they told me that they only have 15 foot vehicles. They don't carry anything bigger. I was very disappointed in the fact that the website allowed me to order a truck from a location that has never been available because they don't carry anything bigger than a 15 foot truck at this location. The website needs to be improved because this could have caused me a huge problem with not having a big enough truck was something that I had pre-registered for.Rafael S.

Exterior of truck was VERY dirty. The truck parked outside the security gate was different than the one stated in your phone app. I would have been screwed if I had come after hours. The help through the app could not do anything to get me behind the gate to get the correct truck. The guy working there came out and helped with the problem I told him of my issue and he said that he had put out another truck of the same size. Doesn't make since to not follow the app. Lastly the service air bag light was on the entire rental.donald K.
