KIRBY MI have rented from this location three times and it's my favorite U-Haul location! Great customer service and friendly staff. Easy to get to and parking is available. With a Starbucks and gas station right next door, it's the best!

ERIK DThis wasn't the drop off location that I selected, again based on my reservation options. And again when I picked up the truck and got my receipt contract, which listed the original drop off location that I had already selected. Upon arrival in Clovis at the drop off location that I had originally selected, I find that the drop off location had been changed. I didn't have time to check my text as I was extremely busy MOVING, to my surprise when I get to the location I find that it wouldn't take my request and then I checked and found that it had been changed with out my knowledge to a different drop off location. This was an inconvenience and a huge disappointment as I now had to drive to a different location, I was tired and I had people with me waiting on me so that we could go home. I was not pleased with this change of plans at all. You know after a long, long day of moving and hauling and unloading it is just not right that I had to go to a different drop location after selecting one. Why ask for me to select when your going to change it anyway? Very upset

DAVID DThis location is a little different. It’s not an indoor new recently built facility. It is a legendary long lasting established facility. What does that mean? Most of it outside in a big yard but still the people were friendly and helpful and that’s kind of my goal not so much spending money on a new facility and looking fancy but just somebody that has the equipment I need and working order and is knowledgeable about it so all in all that was a great experience dropping it off also

KEVIN LTrailer was missing some D-rings. Some anchor points could not be used because previous repairs blocked the openings. This interfered with my use of the trailer. Also, I had to add air to 3 out of 4 tires. Customer service was outstanding. Staff at this location is fantastic.

CLARK Jthe trailer I rented online was not the trailer I received. Very hard to communicate and resolve problem and was late because of confusion and trailer wasn't the size I needed wasn't able to use and was not refunded money.
