Rodeo Rentals and its owner (John) were great, but the U-Haul website was BAD! I reserved a trailer and entered my card number on the website to pay, but somehow when I arrived to pick up the trailer my reservation had disappeared! This was the SECOND time this has happened to me. Fortunately John at Rodeo Rentals was able to find a small truck for me to rent at about the same price, but why does U-Haul's website keep losing my reservations?

Trailer was clean. Proprietor provided a new wiring setup and new rubber chain locks but when I asked what the spring on the hutch was for he said it was nothing. Turns out it was a broken remnant of the emergency brake system.

The folks at this location were friendly, helpful and understood the problem with the fact that we were originally to pick-up the truck closer to home, but were re-routed to Clovis. He added 75 miles to compensate us. Fantastic.

The facility was confusing because the office was under a carport in what looked to be a converted garage of a home. The trailer smelled horribly of wet dog. The facility worker also told me where I could park the trailer upon return, but a vehicle was parked in that location with the trailer block behind the tire. There was little room to park without blocking gates. Nice people but won't be using this location again.
