KARINA GAsian lady that greeted us after being texted (I have documentation) with the wrong address for drop off said we wouldn’t be charged for extra day because we got lost and u-haul was at fault for giving the wrong address. Facility was very dirty although the lady and her husband were nice. I was charged for two extra days and extra miles, despite U-haul’s customer representatives over the phone and in person’s promises. I am completely dissatisfied with services as I’ve never in my life experienced horrible treatment with Deborah on the phone and from your facilities. I will NOT be recommending or using your services ever again. If money isn’t returned back to me you will be hearing from my lawyer, especially for the undue stress, pain and discomfort and discontent that took place. This will be forwarded with documentation to my lawyer. Have a wonderful day!

BRADY OEasy pick up but drop off was a little difficult. I showed up during business hours but nobody was around. I dropped off through the app and when I went to leave, the gates were closed. If anything, I would suggest being more clear with business hours. Other than that, the owners are great and helpful. The equipment was clearly serviced and in great shape and the prices are very reasonable. I will use them again if I need to rent a trailer and we’ve already recommended this location to friends.

I spent more than one hour on the phone with assistance trying to help my situation, with no resolve. The actual location for pick up and their service was lovely.

HOLUNG LWorst location to rent a U-Haul. Please make sure to check all vans for engine problems before giving them out. Would not recommend. Location on Shaw is unprofessional and a shit hole
GIOVANNI DVery unorganized between the parking and staff not attending to the customers picking up trailers and they did not have the trailer I reserved so I had to settle for a smaller trailer and I did not get the 50.00$ credit for the guarantee of having the trailer
