DAVID DThis location is a little different. It’s not an indoor new recently built facility. It is a legendary long lasting established facility. What does that mean? Most of it outside in a big yard but still the people were friendly and helpful and that’s kind of my goal not so much spending money on a new facility and looking fancy but just somebody that has the equipment I need and working order and is knowledgeable about it so all in all that was a great experience dropping it off also

KEVIN LTrailer was missing some D-rings. Some anchor points could not be used because previous repairs blocked the openings. This interfered with my use of the trailer. Also, I had to add air to 3 out of 4 tires. Customer service was outstanding. Staff at this location is fantastic.

CLARK Jthe trailer I rented online was not the trailer I received. Very hard to communicate and resolve problem and was late because of confusion and trailer wasn't the size I needed wasn't able to use and was not refunded money.

JOHN SIt took forever to get hooked up. The guy was maybe 100 years old and could barely move. He couldn't find the right traiiler, I had to go find it.

BRENT PThe customer service was superb! Very understanding and thorough with instructions on how to operate the vehicle, where to get gas, and how to return after hours! They also helped adapt to our changes with regards to us needing the vehicle overnight! Very efficient, kind, and professional! Definitely recommend services!!!

JUSTIN FOwners need to retire or let someone else run the facility . When ickecked out my trsiler it took wAy to long yo do confirnned rentsl. Very slow. when i turned ingge trailer , the guy was doold he couldnt unhookmy trsiler. I had to unhook snd pudh it into the parkig stsll. He just sat inhis vehivle and watched. Thenhe failed to log my return snd i was getting calls the next day toreturn my trailer. What s mess. Not going back and telling friends to not Go there. Trrrible experience.
