The representative at the location was a female who was very rude and did express how she was upset we had called the manager of the area due to no one being at the location and stated she had to come in on her day off to do this.

Jonathan UTruck interior was very dirty/muddy. Truck needed maintenance, loose steering and A/C blew cold air then hot air making it very uncomfortable in 100degree weather. Car tow had a flat and they couldn’t get anyone to fix it, so I had to drive my car from Del Rio, TX to Florida. Very disappointed in U-Haul for this trip.

Javier GAfter explaining my situation to the representative that I was advised there would not be any fees or additional charges. I was charged a fee of $150 for dropping of at a different location . I was never advised of a fee and the rep said everything was ok. I would not have dropped off the trailer if I were advised. Misleading and poor service. They were not understanding nor willing to work with me. Unacceptable
