Apparently the person renting did not do my contract correctly! She asked if I would be returning there, I said No, we are moving my Mom. She asked where and I told her just outside of Fayetteville. We discussed that while she did the paperwork. After dropping off the trailer, another woman called to see why J hadn't brought the trailer back. I told her I dropped it off in Lincoln the day before. She told me it was suppose to have been returned there. I said No, I told you it was one way, that we were moving my mom. She proceeded to yell MAAM MAAM MAAM YOU DID NOT TALK TO ME, I WAS NOT HERE! She was so loud that ALL of my co-workers heard her!! Even though renting from them is no longer necessary since we no longer live there, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!Kacee B.

Where you park the trucks is next to the woods where there are a lot of potholes where you park the trucks. When I called to explain my situation about the wrong return of the truck the gentleman hung up on me. I got mixed up where the key should be returned I place key in a drop box next to Rods. And I told him why the mistake was made this place was next door and he demanded me to get the key and I was our of time he kept commanding and demanding me. Has the most rudest person I ever encountered. I rent monthly and to be treated like that was very hurting. And I feel since it wasn't my fault about the mix up on the drop off location I shouldn't pay 4 gas which it was half full at the place I was told to drop the truck off at.RICKY L.

I had originally reserved an early morning pick up in Lake Village, but was told to expect a call before 6 pm the evening before to confirm availability. Well, I did not receive a phone call, but the morning I was supposed to pick up the truck, I received an email changing the location AND the pick up time from that morning to afternoon. This threw off an entire day's worth of scheduling.Patrick B.

5x9 trailer is 4'8 inside I had to take wheels off my adult go kart to fit. It was such a tight fit one of my fenders and one mirror was broken when we arrived at home. I normally do not have any problems with any of your equipment. But 5x9 is not 5'Donnie P.
This was a towing service location which was hard to identify as a U-haul location. Called the number listed for this location to make sure it was the correct location. No one was there at 4pm. Did get a response from a man at this number and received instructions for drop off. Very friendly and helpful gentleman.Michael B.

First off the original location, Jonesboro AR, was supposed to have a uhaul we had rented days before. When we got there to pick it up they didn't have a truck for us, after we had already paid and rented it days before. The next closest one was an hour away and so we had to go there, get the uhaul, and return to Jonesboro before our trip. They gave us 60 extra miles, barely enough to get back, but when we asked if the gas was going to be taken off for our troubles having to go an hour away to get the truck and bring it back. The lady at Monticello said no And was absolutely no help in getting someone that would assist us or talk to us higher up the chain. She was rude, the sight was not well maintained, and just the whole experiment with uhaul was bad. As of right now we will never use/recommend a uhaul company again. They cause us more trouble and didn't offer any help or apologies other than 60 miles, not including the gas to get the truck to our original sight. Bad experience.Ron S.

My complaint is not against either location the pick up or drop off location. My complaint is with U Haul company. I reserved a 17' truck online at a rate of 373.00. The place it was reserved to for pick up could not get the truck. I ended up calling U Haul and changing the place of pick up and was told that the 17' is being phased out, that I would have to get a 15' truck. 2 things, first, as a result ...all of my items would not fit in the 15' as it would have the 17', so now I am having to make an EXTRA trip to AR, just to get those items, over 300 miles one way! Secondly, the 17' was reserved for 373.00 and the 15' I had to settle for was 393.00. So you gave me less truck for more money. Then charged me 5.00 for 6 blankets. That's the way to make money. I have asked at least 3 U Haul dealers if they have heard the 17' truck is being phased out and all 3 have told me no they have not heard that and 2 of those places had a 17' on the lot. So the truck costs more money and the extra trip to AR is costing more money. I have always used U Haul for my moves but I am very disappointed and unhappy with this last rental. Not real sure you will get anymore of my business. Customer satisfaction seems to be bottom of your list. Please be assured, I will take this complaint as far up as I possibly can. Totally not acceptable. JUST SO IT IS CLEAR...it is not the pick up or drop of locations that I am unhappy with. They were excellent.John P.
My complaint is about the U Haul headquarters that gave me the drop off location in 109 Carla Ln. I waited outside and called no one ansewered, found out out they are closed on Saturday as of January 2018. Called back U Haul and received information about another location in Gains St west of Walmart. I went to Walmart, but no one has heard about this or knew about it. Actually t The location that I dropped off the U Haul was the closest location to where I leave. This is attached to Mecanic shop that is closed on Saturday, but this location was not given to me as an option. I ended up spending 2 hours instead of 10 minutes to drop off the U Haul.Farrokh A.

I picked up the uhaul it was clean and swept inside but all around the rubber seals on door was full of roaches so I had to move my dads stuff from Arkansas to Tennessee and leave it out in a building to get sprayed .so not only did i have to rent a uhaul but I'm also out of money to spray my dads property.jennifer G.

The truck was not the quality of what my husband thought it should be considering its low mileage. We rather poked along. Also, it took them several hours to complete my paperwork. Because of this delay, my insurance office had closed, so I couldn't ask if I was covered as far as rental equipment. The following day when I found out I was not covered. Then, I was told it was too late to get coverage through them when what they should have done was to cancel my old contract & start a new contract with the coverage I wanted. Thank God we made the 14 hour trip from AR to VA without insurance. The next time I need such services I will use another dealer.Vicky H.

Was told the day before my reservation by a Rod's employee that they did not open until 10:00 but I could pick up the truck before, that the keys would be in it and I would complete a self check out on my phone. Arrived at 8:00 to pick up and the keys were not in it. I called the number that I received the call from the day before and was told I would have to wait until 10:00 before anyone would be available to help. The person I spoke to then was not willing to help in anyway. I gave two stars because at 10:00 the gentleman who arrived to help me was very nice and accommodating.MICHAEL G.
