Not open when I dropped off on a Sunday, and that was expected. It’s just a pawn shop not a U-Haul store like the one in Maumelle. They’re good people and I know them.
Daniel WThe truck pickup was quick and easy. We used the automated pick up system and other than a few issues with getting the drivers license uploaded during checkout (user error) everything went great. Checkin was even easier. We were so glad we used U-Haul for this move.
JENNIFER DLocation was easy to find. I was unsure of where to actually leave the trailer since there wasn’t a specified location and not much space so I just left it front of the door and took pictures to confirm since they were closed.
