The rental uhaul was dirty when picked up and it was not the best or even close to the minimum best. I like talking to an individual verses having to contact a representative via phone for a pickup.

SAMUEL MMy rental started off at only 19.99. After mileage and fees it was 103.00 ! All i went was 60 miles round trip and didn't even have the rental but 6 hours.
