This being my first time renting from Roe Brothers will probably result in me switching locations. The whole process was easy peasy. The people were please and very accommodating. JOSEPH WThe customer service at Roe Brothers was great. The only thing I DIDN'T like about the experience was the crazy-high mileage charge at $1.49/mile. I was told at one point that if I went over 100 miles, it would drop to .49/mile but apparently that promotion was no longer valid. .

Daniel FThey had no idea I was dropping off at the location even though that’s what my rental agreement said. They must never have checked any rentals back in because I don’t understand how you don’t see a trailer, truck, or anything else parked in your empty lot. Also my contract was dropped off in the drop box as it was supposed to be so apparently they didn’t check that either. I will not be using this location again. Made it even better the manager tried to charge me late fees when the vehicle was dropped off a day early and now I have to wait for that money to go back to my account. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Terrible service. They were friendly over the phone but did not seem very capable.

steve zThis was our first time renting at Roe Brothers as we usually rent at Wadeson's. We chose Roe for the available pickup truck rental. Pros - The woman who helped us at the U-Haul desk was friendly and helpful. Cons - The pickup was covered in snow from a large snow storm 2 days prior to our rental. The rental desk is across two parking lots and a road from the rental - so going back and forth for assistance made me late for my next appointments. Even after asking for help, the hood of the truck was left fully covered - which made highway driving dangerous. I was truly surprised by the lack of consideration.

Neil SThe damage was not marked with yellow stickers the check engine light was on the truck was not clean inside. The link to uhaul did not work on 3 different phones the site could not help because they could not access it either it took almost 45 minutes to speak to people to not the damage and l light. Still could not access the site upon return Saturday evening. Overall I was very disappointed this time.

seth pThere seems to be some major confusion here. Because people have down Florida as a drop off location. And that is nowhere near where we were going. Somebody made up typographical era.

ann dtransmission of truck was inferior. When dealing with a person at location service was fine. When dealing with U-Haul site service was bad, I was sent to wrong location for pick up, I could not rent from location I wanted. Overall, I would not likely rent from U-Haul again as trying to rent from specific location was difficult if not possible.
