Susan kThe entire UHaul rental was stressful EXCEPT for picking up the tow dolly from this location. They were the only point of contact that had true, kind customer service. If I ever need to rent from UHaul again, I will only deal with the people from Roe Brothers.
Teena FThe UHaul app might be one of the worst applications I have ever used in my life. Uploading of photos constantly fails and just gets stuck in a loop. I had 5G and stable internet. The servers and application must have been coded by 2nd graders using AI vibe coding with how horrendous it is. Will be taking my business elsewhere next time simply because of how horrible the app is and will never recommend UHaul to anyone.
