(APPLIANCE DOLLY) OWNER OF LOCATION NOTICED THAT ME AND MY WIFE WAS AT LOCATION NUMEROUS TIMES (ONLY TO SEND AN INDIVIDUAL DOWN TO FIND OUT WHY WE WERE TRESPASSING?! RESERVATION WAS MADE AT NOON DAY PRIOR TO PICK UP...PLENTY OF TIME TO HAVE RENTAL AND DOLLY READY!! TOOK 5 SEPARATE CALLS TO FINALLY GET CODE TO GET KEY AS LOCATION DID NOT WISH TO OPEN THAT DAY!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THAT LOCATION TO ANYONE!! LOCATION DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR RATING!!!!! I ONLY WENT TO THAT LOCATION AS IT WAS CLOSE TO THE HOUSE I WAS MOVING FROM!! I ONLY FAULT UHAUL FOR NOT PROVIDING CODE SOONER!! (BEFORE 5TH CALL!!) THAT LOCATION SHOULD NOT BE A REPRESENTATIVE OF YOURS...THEY WILL HURT YOUR BUSINESS AND IMAGE. I DO THANK KIM, REPRESENTATIVE I SPOKE WITH 12/3/25 AND THE YOUNG LADY I SPOKE WITH ON 11/29 THAT PROVIDED THE CODE FOR THE KEY BOX. THEY AT LEAST KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE.

1) The pickup process was insane and involved, and wasn't explained anywhere beforehand. It would have been useful to state that off-hours pickup was very time sensitive, location sensitive, and would require photo and id verification. Laying out the full process so customers are completely informed would be great. 2) There was 1/8th of a tank of gas. We immediately had to find a gas station and buy gas. 3) We rented an appliance dolly. We were charged for an appliance dolly. But we were not provided with an appliance dolly, just the tiny flimsy dolly that is mostly worthless. Thank goodness for well-equipped family members who come through in a pinch, or we wouldn't have gotten our washer and dryer where they needed to go. 4) Despite leaving the same amount of gas (probably more!) in the tank as we left it and cleaning the truck and leaving it better than it was provided to us, it looks like I was charged some kind of penalty fee. Great. I feel very cheated on both time (the pickup process was a hassle) and money (the dolly, and the apparent penalty).
