We did the after hours return and didn’t see anyone
JERRY EThe clerk had a very hard time with the UHaul software. The software charged $88 for the rental when the online rate showed to be $80. When he attempted to enter my drop off location, it would not allow him to enter my local drop off location on a one way haul. I had to call UHaul once I got to my drop off location to have it changed. That was pretty painless, but it should have been unnecessary for me to do it. Also, I had to call UHaul twice to get the refund for the over charge on the rental. It was processed after the second call however. Overall it was an ok experience, it could, and should be streamlined so the customer doesn't have to deal with the inconveniences that the software should have handles.
AUBREY SI was charged an overage on miles after PREPAY. You figured out the miles and then charged me over!
JOHN CWe dropped it off early and didn’t interact with anyone. Uhaul has the audacity to charge extra for an after hours drop-off but there is no recourse for having to download the app and check in online when no one was at the original location. Would not recommend!
Justin KThis location was off a gravel road and not easy to get to. No one was there for drop off after I told traffic I would be delayed a day or or so to drop off because of pick up situation and was told this location was fine to use. I will never use or recommend Uhaul to anyone after this stressful experience.

Dotty DBrought the UHAUL back 5 hours early (11:30A, due at 4:15P) and the place was closed. Was Charged 2 days (double the price for everything) and made it look like I was 45 minutes late. (5 PM) Will never use this dealer again.

sandra rTrailers should all have attached jack. If a trailer is returned after business hours, the larger trailers are impossible to lift off of the hitch ball.
Arthur GLocation was actually closed on this day with no notice to me. Fortunately, there was a number for me to call. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Even though they were closed, he sent someone to get me on the road with the trailer I rented.

JAMES CIt was hard to find it after you turned because it was dark and there was no big Uhaul sign on the main turn in...you had to go up a hill and then, you saw it.

James CReservation was changed to different pickup reserved 20ft was given and charged for 26 ft. Reservations made a month in advance bad experience.
Mona CLocation and operator was excellent. Very friendly and quick service. Excellent introduction to the truck and mirror adjustment help. Only issue was with the truck itself. It was very clean but not certain if the shaking and jerking was a maintenance issue or just how the truck works. Seemed to shimmy and shake a lot like an alignment issue. Reported issue at drop off.
TIA CPick up and drop off experience was just fine. My main issue is that I had things in my u Hall when it rained and a lot of small kitchen appliances and shoes of mine got drenched and soaked in the mom's attic area. Truck interior was mainly clean. Just a drink that was on the center seat.

GEORGE BThe owner was wonderful. He helped us figure out our claim for our wet things. For the cost of our trailer to be so expensive and then to have it not maintained well enough that it ruined our stuff inside is not acceptable. This has nothing to do with the drop location. This is general unhappiness with the product I was sold. I feel like a reimbursement is required to make this right. Thank goodness we got insurance.

Timothy MThe only issue I have is with the website and reservations. I never know what I'm going to get. The rental I had before this I wanted to use a closer place but was changed to Roman Auto. All while the place I wanted has several of the truck I needed. It turns out Roman Auto has the best customer service of any Uhaul retailer though. That's why I requested them this time. I am in and out with no fuss or wasted time. They are great.
