No one was on site to hook up/clean trailer. Trailer had automotive oil/grease on the floor that I had to clean. I hooked up myself but if I were unfamiliar with the I haul hitch/brake system it would have been a problem.Frank W.

It was sort of congested getting in and out when I went to pick up the trailer because there was a car carrier unloading vehicles in their parking lot. Other than that, it was just fine.Steven A.
The location on the uhaul app and the actual location to drop off are different addresses. Romeo auto sales has limit uhaul hours posted which made it difficult to contact them during working hours. I returned the trailer on Sunday 8/29 after hours and it didn't get checked in until several attempts by me calling uhaul, using the app and finally reaching Romeo auto sales. I would never rent from this location or use the app to return a rental.DENIS H.

The updated pick up location i was acquired by Uhaul for a 730AM pick up was terrible. The company in charge of pick up drop off weren't even there until 930AM, they did not speak English, and they weren't there during their operation hours for drop off like they said they would. I will always go to a Uhaul store for now on to just get a truckTIMOTHY B.

Really appreciated the customer service. When I got to the lock box I could not open it with the code given. I called customer service and they were outstanding. We rented a specific size but when we arrived to pick it up that size was not available. We had to make unnecessary trips and keep the truck longer than expected because the size we ordered/rented was not available. Completely unacceptableClint C.

Communication with the pickup location was non-existent; staff were 20 minutes late to open and nobody there even knew I had a reservation. On top of that, although discounted for the trouble, I was stuck with a 20' Uhaul despite reserving, confirming, and paying for a 10'. It does not make any sense how I could even give Uhaul money for something they weren't even sure they had. It took 2 hours to get the keys to the wrong truck. The gas tank wasn't full, the cabin and trailer were dirty, and the vehicle squeaked the whole way there. Then, upon arrival to drop off and unload the truck, I was told last-minute to go to a different location (Tackett's), and they couldn't provide me with the free storage I was promised, so I had to go to a third location. Finally, I was charged for a utility dolly that was never put on my truck, and I couldn't be refunded for it, just omitted a missing equipment charge. I am entirely disappointed in my experience with Uhaul, and I went in fairly understandingly and patiently before all of this went down. However, I do appreciate being discounted for the trouble, and the staff at the Brandt Pike location were very fast and helpful. Additionally, I locked my key in the truck at one point, and it only took 20 minutes for someone to come out and help me, which was awesome.Andrew S.
