No complaints with the location, but relying on the customer to to take and upload photos is too much, takes away from actual rental time, and assumes that all customers have phones with working cameras, have connectivity, and know how to find and download your app. The customer should not be burdened with all of these additional hoops that rely on numerous assumptions.
