I returned the trailer after hours. It was confusing on how to get to the yard. I struggled some with the return process at first.

Craig JThe website was a bit annoying - I'm sure U-Haul makes good money from selling boxes and packing tape, but you don't need to keep trying to upsell me. You could just make a fifteen second video highlighting your extra services, let a customer click "no thank you" and be done with it. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience. The folks at Ron's were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

SCOTT CThe drop off was painful. Was supposed to be in Delta, then got switched to Montrose. After calling I was told if I brought it earlier I could drop in Delta. No one was there to revive it. Started off for Montrose, only to receive a call to go to another location in Montrose as there wouldn’t be anyone there. I was finally able to return it at the third location, 3+ hours later. Not happy on the return end!! The gal at the third location was very helpful.

Stephen BThe signage and where to go to actually pick up the truck was not clear. During business hours, this place had the door to the building locked. They came to the door and told us that it was actually around the corner. Once again, a different business had the corner lot you had to either walk behind that building to get to the lot with the trucks, or drive out and around through the stop light to get into the parking lot. The directions for where to put the lock were all the way back to the front of the actual business building.
