The rep wasn’t there and he had the cashier help me with the rental He was on the phone talking me through it and even had U-Haul rep help him to get this done. The cashier helped me hook it up I didn’t get 6 blocks and the hitch came off I was able to hook it up again myself the back door stuck 3 times Road side talked me off thru it and I got it shut. As a 73 y at old women I shouldn’t have to go through it I have rent serval times and this by far the worst.
PAMELA WRon's Auto Repair (a U-Haul dealer) made everything very easy. Pick up / check out was smooth, drop off was a breeze - AND they. had the trailer I reserved ready for me. I would certainly rent from them again.
PETER EThe truck cab had garbage in it and I discovered while loading, the truck the left (driver side) rear bake light was not lighting. I called to informed Ron's Auto repair of the problem. I was already loading the vehicle and on a time table to get to Grand Junction so I didn't have time to take it back. You really need to make sure your vehicles are fully functional.
PAUL LTruck ran well. We took a load to Tucson. We'd use this service again.
