Over the last 10 years I have been renting U-Haul trucks From Ron's Mini Storage in Oskaloosa for various reasons and never had one problem, Very friendly, Fast Service I'll be back again

We originally was supposed to pick up a trailer in albia, Iowa, but the rental place was not very hopeful and refused to assist in us getting a trailer after 5pm. We were traveling from Michigan was going to be 40 minutes late. Thankfully Ron's Mini Storage was willing to assist us!

The truck was clean but older. Transmission was slipping, the exhaust was shaking and rattling. The location for pickup was a 10 but the truck was a 4 of 10.

The trailer was old and in poor condition clearance lights were not working. Was able to get 3 of 4 lights working before I left. Manager worked hard to try to fix the lights. Equipment was just old and in poor condition. Not a good experience.

Gas Guage on truck is way off, just a hair below 1/4 tank and it died on highway. Luckily Ron came out, figured Guage was wrong. He brought some gas and it fired right up. That's what you call customer service.

Nothing this place is perfect. Very Accommodating. Easy to check in early. Highly recommend this place to anyone searching for your U-Haul needs.

Air conditioning stopped working halfway through my trip started making horrible noises and was blowing hot air. Had to turn off air/vent system and drive 3 hours with windows down on a hot day. I have health conditions which were exacerbated. Was extremely uncomfortable. Expect to get a reduction in what I have to pay as truck was not in full working condition.

I returned after hours and the U-Haul on line return process was confusing. I didn’t know all the views of the trailer I was supposed to take pics of until I got yo the last step. Then I got out of the app to my phone camera to take pics and it completed my return before I could upload any photos. I’d better not get charged extra for no photos because the trailer is clean with no damage.
