Very friendly check in, great place
Aaron LI reserved a truck Friday 7/3 for 7/5. I reserved a truck at the pick up place near my house. Got a call a few hours later that it wasn’t going to be available where I wanted to pick up so they moved it to a pick up place 20 miles away but wasn’t going to charge extra. Go to pick it up and there’s no truck there. No one at the pick up. Called u haul and had to drive another 30 or so miles to another pick up location but gave me $50 off the truck and 50 free miles to get us back to where we’re loading it. It was just a little frustrating I wasn’t notified about the truck before Sunday morning but I’m glad they did the right thing.
