My truck was ready and waiting. I had called the previous day to ask about a pick-up time, and he was open about his availability and helped me decide to go with his location in Valentine, NE, rather than one in Winner, SD. He was courteous and efficient as I picked up my truck shortly before 5 PM on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.

The person at Ron’s was not happy about me reserving my Uhaul online. Not sure if he knew I was gonna be there or not. Didn’t respond to the code about me picking up my keys and wasn’t happy about bring me a dolly. Wasn’t very careful with loading dolly in the back of the uhaul

Well the return went smoothly and completed. Other than that, it was a little weird. The gentleman didn’t say a word and we felt like we were an intrusion. I don’t believe he said more than a few words to us. It’s ok if folks don’t want to talk but a smile or hello would go a long way. I would recommend the place only because if you need a U-Haul, this is the only place.

The inside was filthy, no one said there wasn’t a charger, I took the floor mats out & washed them before our trip, cup holders dirty:(. For the price you charge shame on U Haul sending out such dirty trucks! 👎

Get a new location in Valentine. He was not friendly. I had another UHaul about 3 weeks before this and put in gas 3 blocks away to almost 3/4 and only needed 5/8. Somehow said Monday it was only at 1/2? Not happy

The man who received equipment seemed angry, scowled while I was there. I reported to him that driver side wiper blade separated from wiper arm during use in rainstorm. He said accusingly " well did you fix it?" I said I tried to fix it but it was broken and would need to replaced. I doubt it was fixed, will fall off next time it's used.

I was really upset at the bill. U-Haul charged me 8.00 per day cargo insurance. I thought the registration was 8.00 per agreement. $40.00 was a rip

Hard to rate drip off location. Simply backed trailer up and dropped off. Not attended at the time. Plenty of room though.

Someone needs to teach this guy a lesson in customer service because he is incredibly rude & disrespectful on the phone & in person. Literally raising his voice to customers, telling them he can't wait for them to get the f*** out of there & straight up denying making a mistake in entering debit card number even after making a mistake in entering a phone number... said a reservation that was made the night before didn't exist... customer had to call corporate to get help & they told him to just run the card on file (same # he couldn't manage to enter correctly manually) and of course it immediately went through. Pull his dealership license.

I got to the drop off location right at their closing time. Nevertheless, the gentleman that checked me in was very courteous and accommodating. I appreciated that kindness, especially since I arrived at a bad time.

Have someone there so you could pick up the truck and dolly that we rented. Got there at 8:15 and his shop was wide open and no one was around. We waited for 30 minutes. Owner returned finally. We were on a time crunch to get and wasted some time waiting.

The general person that made this pickup place the one for me to go to which was 3 1/2 hours out of my way didn’t tell me that I had to pick up by a certain time, even said I could pick up at midnight if I wanted to. Man who ran this place obviously said no and I was almost late getting there before he closed. He accommodated me and was helpful. Dirty truck he swept out and broken windshield on truck before I picked it up. Being Saturday I had to take it even though he made me pay an extra 100$ that I have no idea why!!!!! And he didn’t know either!!!!!

The customer service guy was really rude right when I walked into the door. He also used profanity at me. I did a online order, had issue with the location and went inside to get assistance and he replied with rudeness and aggressive behavior. I will never ever recommend his location to anyone. I will also never go there even it is convenient for me

I always get my rentals from Ron’s Quick Lube. Anthony was very knowledgeable and respectful & funny. This is a great place to rent from, I can always depend on renting a safe well serviced rental.

No one was there to assist. I unhitched the trailer myself. When I was about to leave an unknown man came speeding in to the property and parked in the garage. I went to give him my rental information but he walked away towards the trailer. As I followed, not knowing what the proper protocol as for returning the trailer he began muttering slurs under his breath. I asked him what he said but he continued to ignore me and mutter. So I just left.

Get a different person at this location to deal with the uhaul customers that at least acts or can pretend that they like people. Customer service was non existent on the phone and in person at this location at first until I finally broke down under all the stress I was under, dealing with my Father's death and estate and started crying over all the problems I was having reserving and picking up the uhaul and auto transport at this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone, but unfortunately it's the only one in that small town

The worst customer service experience ever, the guy was extremely rude and clearly irritated with having to do his job. I entered the building and was ignored at first then he couldn’t even say Hello or ask if he could help me so finally I stated I had reserved a trailer and he said “well I don’t know anything about it.” Then threw his tools on the ground and stomped into the office. He was extremely rude the entire check in and as well as whenever i brought the trailer back. I will never do business here again, spend money to be treated crap is just uncalled for.
