My pickup was a disaster. I was originally scheduled for pickup in Springfield, ky. Then was told it would be Bardstown ky. On arrival in Bardstown the ap did not work and when I called customer service I was told my pickup would be Lebanon ky. This travel delayed my move 3 hours. My drop op location was not clearly marked that it was a U-Haul location. It was a parking lot at a consignment store. And once again the ap malfunctioned. I will not be using U-Haul again nor recommending to anyone.

Make sure you include all the equipment ordered in the truck so you don't delay the customer. Also, dont keep your customers on hold for over an hour to speak to a Customer Service Manager only to disconnect the call and not call the customer back.

The Dropbox was not visible. I had to go into 3 places of business before I was directed to the box behind merchandise outside of one of the stores. But everyone was very friendly with their directions.😊

Equipment/truck was clean however, steering column/wheel was very "loose"; somewhat of a "go of it" driving to GA.

The box location was confusing at first, but with slight critical thinking, took 7 minutes to find. Super convenient pickup, and truck was in perfect condition and ready to go, easy to get out and on the road! Thank you!!!

instructions to get key did not include code. We had to go into facility where they had to call someone.

The staff had no information or help for the pickup process. The cashier had to call someone who told me to use my phone for pickup. The keys to the truck were in a lock box and no one could tell me the code to get in to pickup. I had to call the 800 number and that person was also very confused. After getting a supervisor involved and 1 hour later, I had my keys.

I made multiple phone calls prior to the return day to make sure everything would go smoothly. The day of turn in, I made multiple phone calls with promised return calls that did not happen. Finally completed the turn in at approximately 10pm. The lady I dealt with was very nice and professional at every contact.

Lady was suppose to meet me Sunday morning to pick up trailer, she never called, I had to call her she finally met me around 3pm . Then when I went to return I called she said she was there,I got there within 20 minutes no one there to help get trailer off. I was by myself and there was nothing there to block tires, very poor service unreliable services. I hope so one from uhaul calls me.
