When I made this reservation, I requested a van and an 8:45 AM. pick-up time. My confirmation confirms the time as 8:45 AM. Why would they schedule me for a pick-up at a location that opens at 10 AM, knowing I needed an 8:45 AM pick-up? If the vehicle was not available at a location with the specified time, I should have received an email or text with that information. Not only did we waste gas, but we also wasted time and effort. This caused us to start late for our event. This was completely unacceptable, and I will make sure to share my opinion with anyone who asks me about UHaul. The CEO at my employer also used UHaul for personal use the same week and had a terrible experience. When I looked into reserving with your company, I was warned by another employee. She said UHaul was terrible. Against my better judgment, I went ahead and used your service. BIG MISTAKE! What I find funny is that I received multiple calls, texts, and emails from UHaul, but none informed me that the location opened at 10.

There was nothing wrong with the location, it was uhaul overall that I have an issue with. The customer service, sales, and upper management departments barely helped when I needed assistance. I am irate!
