Well, the entire process was not satisfactory. I had ordered well in advance from the location on Old Jacksonville Hwy., but was called on Thursday and told I would have to pick up the truck from another location that was nowhere near me. I was not told it was self serve so when we got to the new location no one was there. We finally called the U-Haul number and got the code to the key box. I had ordered two dollies and got NONE.
