At check in the owner added insurance when i specifically asked in my on line order for no supplies no help and no insurance . The truck smelled very bad and there is something loose in back that keeps rattling and there was garbage in the doors left from previous renters. But mostly, i know i did not order insurance and when it was picked up he added it.

Aleksandr MDidn’t have the furniture dolly as o requested. Got a discount for gas but because I was going 100km ( there and back) I filled and used more money than the fuel discount! I lost money, plus no furniture dolly, so had to rent one for the day at a secondary business. Never ever again !
Nickole WI used the Cargo truck for 2.5 hours and was charged $110. Fortunately, I had proof of when I rented and returned the truck, so I had to call support. I do not recommend it to anyone.
MEKEBIB EThe agent was very helpful and accommodating. I had made a truck reservation at another agency, Parkview but that agent didn’t show up to honour my reservation and left me sitting for 45 minutes. I gave up and made a new reservation with Rosina and he was efficient and thorough. When he showed me the truck I had rented. I asked to change it to one with a ramp and he called head office and made it happen. He was wonderful and a pleasure and professional. Everything that Parkview was not. I will always go to Rosina on Dawes Rd for my truck rental requirements in the future. I was more than pleased with him and his professionalism. Thanks. David Leslie
david lThe battery to the vehicle was dead. You can't "go back" in the app or else you can't finish the "check-in" procedure. Still waiting for the Rosina's to call me back as this battery incident cost me an hour of my time and I hired a Driver at $35/hr and a laborer at $28/hr. I was compensated around $20/hr which doesn't help me even pay fully for one my my crew members. Can you please reach out the the owner of this establishment and get back to me?

Antonios PI was switched to this location. Location hours are incorrect. This location has no equipment. Was left standing outside in the cold for 30 mins before they actually opened. I asked for 2 dolly’s and furniture pads. Got none of what I asked for. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and U-Haul customer service did nothing to compensate me.
James AOf the 3 U-Haul rental locations near me, I attempted to each on that day, this was the only location that answered their phone. Besides, the agent walked me through the entire process of the online booking system. I highly appreciate the professional and customer-centered agent service from start to finish. Keep up the good work! I will recommend their services to my friends.
Shoangizaw TI was charged for mileage, but was not informed clearly of this charge prior to taking the vehicle (I was charge for every km travelled) I have rented many U- hauls and have never been charged for mileage with the exception a cross-country move. If this is a new development it should be made extremely clear what the new charges are. I will not be using U-Haul again
Thomas SI was very unhappy with the gasoline charge upon return. I used 1/16 of a tank and was charged $11. I was not advised I could put gas in before returning to avoid this outrageously high charge. It ruined the whole experience for me.

sugantharaj mI had very bad experience with U haul. I booked 15 foot truck and the location person gave me 10 foot instead of 15 foot. It was terrible experience ever in my life even though one day before I went to the that location and told that guy I booked 15 foot truck. I'll be picking up at 10am july 27th Saturday and he said that's fine but he Gabe someone else and I went through so much stress out and I paid everything and I put it $50 gas money in 10 foot truck. I'm so frustrated never ever going again.

Robert LThe man there hastled me for half an hour. Saying I should have returned it by 4:07 p.m. not 6:30 p.m. in order to charge an extra day of rent and insurance despite the customer service team advising me the rent was for 24 hours. He hastled me about the gas asking for receipts and saying it was fuller than it was on pickup. Luckily I took before and after photos. Next he tried to charge me in miles not km. Luckily I took before and after photos. Then he said I was difficult and kicked me out of the U-Haul store so I said I would call your head office and my credit card company. He did this all in front of 3 young grade school girls. A woman came in from a back room who scolded him for his behaviour and he stopped acting like a pirate. This is the last thing someone needs after packing loading unloading sleeping on the floor and driving 300 km. He takes advantage of people at their weakest and does not honour written and verbal agreements. He said he would send me the paperwork and it was a generic file without my name, date, time, vehicle type or plate, km, gas status, or damage status.
mary kI had initially booked at the Migson location. The people that returned it the night prior to my booking (I booked 2 weeks in advance) trashed it. I received a call a day prior to my booking letting me know that my reservation would be cancelled... no other solution being provided as apparently Uhaul had 30 others to care for prior to being able to get to this truck. The storage manager contacted me. Not anyone from your company, no one from your company reached out period. No one to try and find a solution, get another truck there or let me know of other options close by. When I went out of my way to find another truck to rent I called in to advise of this situation only to be passed around and then eventually transferred to start all over again from the beginning of your call center phone options. I called back another time to let you know that the app never works for me and that this booking was time sensitive. I was assure that if the app didn't work when I went to pick up the truck that I could call a certain # and they would be able to help me. It again didn't work the day of, Rosina is listed as mobile pick up but wasn't and took me an hour to pick up the truck again WHEN I ALREADY STATED THIS WAS TIME SENSITIVE. The gentleman at Rosina was wonderful as always and helped set me up at quickly as possible so 0 complaints there. BUT you must update the location as its not a mobile pickup location as you have to wait for the store to open at 9am. All in all I will try to avoid having to use Uhaul as I find it very frustrating and unorganized ESPECIALLY as you are well aware the app doesn't work and no one has fixed it.
LAURA CTrain whoever called me from head office to speak to learn to to speak to customers on an approachable manner. He ruined my whole exerience with his rudness. I will never rent from uhaul again. He even went ahead and charged my credit card without my permission. I could sue him for that.
Meena KThe owner was very nice, but the time of pickup was wrong on my receipt. I called uhaul to get this changed, which the customer service rep assured me it was. When I dropped the uhaul off the next day within the 24 hour timeframe I was charged an extra day because the incorrect time was never changed by the customer service rep. When I called in to dispute the charge I received no empathy from the rep and was told it would go into claims and I’d hear back in 72 hours. I had to raise my voice and ask to speak with a supervisor who was very accommodating and understanding and rectified things immediately. I wish I didn’t have to get upset for this to happen though. Just a very stressful situation and turn of events for me at a time when I was already stressed from moving. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone quite honestly.
Liana SI want to rent a van through the app however when it was time to pick the vehicle up l had a hard time understanding how to retrieve the keys. I was sent to a different location someone was able to help. However l was very upset l had spoke to Jessica Who was the customer service to help me with my booking only to be put on hold for 5 mins then was hung up on. My over all experience was stressful!!
Nadine SI showed up to pick up my truck and the store wasn't open -- I had to call the number provided and wait for him to come to get me the truck. Despite reserving a dolly, none were on-site. I had to check every truck for a dolly, because attendant couldn't leave store despite being closed mere moments before. Truck was fine, but garbage left in the vehicle when I picked it up, so I didn't clean out other people's garbage (including a previous parking ticket), just my garbage. Box wasn't swept, so there were hair elastics everywhere. I was automatically swapped to this location despite booking somewhere else and really unhappy with the overall experience.

Representative at the counter claimed she did not know how to close the return when I returned the truck and asked for my final invoice, then ended up billing me for 2 days plus late charges. They are scamming people. This will be reported. U-Haul has not been helpful to rectify this thus far.

Adam NThe equipment requested was not available. The vehicle was full of garbage and I needed to be swept out. The store was not open at the time requested for pickup, with a call from me the did come and we got going 1/2 hour after the time requested.
Nancy MWe booked the truck for 9AM. Could not do self check-in because there was no clear instructions on how to unlock the truck. Owner didn't show up until 9:15am. The truck was clean, but the gas was only a quarter tank. This caused another delay in my move because I needed to get gas. Overall experience was average. Please ensure that the gas is full for the next renter. They will have a better experience if you are on time and have no delays.

Sushil TMy first time using this location. Excellent customer service and easy chec-in process. Passenger side rear blinker was not working so used hand signals and some leftover fast food wrappers from previous user left inside, which we threw away. I would definitely use this pick up spot again.

Peter SWell, to do the paperwork I had to wait 45 minutes after another customer. Then they couldn't find the keys for 10 minutes. Once I got up to the queue the sign was quick and fast. And on the last stretch of a very stressful move the truck wouldn't start. After call roadside assistance where they were located in the states they gave us an estimate of 70 minutes cutting into a very tight schedule for the day. After calling a friend for a boost he suggested wiggling the cables on the battery. When I did that the vehicle started, so we solved our own problem. All in all it was terrible service.
Carl FIt is absolutely unacceptable to pick up a truck in such dirty condition. Dog hair everywhere, coffee on the seats, smell, dirt and more… Absolutely disgusting !!!!
