The battery was dead. The owner was really helpful and said he’d tried to cancel the rental but I didn’t get anything. So he got the engine going after a while and we were able to get the furniture we were moving.

My reservation was switched to this location. - The shop was closed upon arrival - Had to call to get them to come to the shop - Got my truck almost 1 hour late - The truck had almost no gas left upon pick up - The truck had the check engine light on and it was blinking the entire trip - The truck had no moving blankets or dolly Overall this was not a great experience and I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Yuel MVehicle had flashing engine light on and off for whole trip Fuel was belowcyponiate 1/4 tank. A/C barely worked. Had to pay to park my car while I used the rental. The attendant was very nice but seemed distracted and very rushed. Even though I was the only person there. Not my typical experience at a UHaul.
