They changed the insurance fee and $54 fuel fee but I didn’t ask to add the insurance to my rental and I used the track only 2 Km and meter was never moved. The 9 inch Ban is so dirty. Many garbage on the ban and someone’s mug cup on driver’s seat. And smoke smell from air conditions.

The battery was dead. The owner was really helpful and said he’d tried to cancel the rental but I didn’t get anything. So he got the engine going after a while and we were able to get the furniture we were moving.
Cynthia BMy reservation was switched to this location. - The shop was closed upon arrival - Had to call to get them to come to the shop - Got my truck almost 1 hour late - The truck had almost no gas left upon pick up - The truck had the check engine light on and it was blinking the entire trip - The truck had no moving blankets or dolly Overall this was not a great experience and I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Yuel MVehicle had flashing engine light on and off for whole trip Fuel was belowcyponiate 1/4 tank. A/C barely worked. Had to pay to park my car while I used the rental. The attendant was very nice but seemed distracted and very rushed. Even though I was the only person there. Not my typical experience at a UHaul.
