The person at this pickup location was very aggressive and rude. If I was a man I'm sure I wouldn't have been spoken to in the manner he tried to speak to me. My call with Aisha from uhaul customer service was great and she answered all my questions.

There were chocolate wrappers in the door. No one was at the location to serve you. The person called me on the phone and I had to provide my information over the phone all over again. He then sent me the contract and he had signed my initials for me. He also tried to charge me for parking while I left my personal car there but all the other businesses in the plaza told me that parking is free. Also, many people walked up to me to tell me to take multiple pictures of the vehicle as the person renting me the U-Haul is known for scamming people. We then looked online and noticed terrible reviews.
kenneth ANone of the items I ordered for my move were provided, no notice given just told when collecting truck. The truck itself was so disgusting and dirty I put sheets down in the truck. They charged me an extra hour when I had already returned the truck. When you’re desperate and need to move you just have to take the truck, and they know that. I called them in advance prior to even booking to ensure they’d have the right truck and dolley etc to move. The state of the truck itself was so bad I’d avoid this location if you need to rent a U-Haul.
Jennifer RTried to do mobile pick-up and owner of location was not there. My reservation was for 11am but did not have access to my rental till 1130. I requested to have moving blankets those were not included. I had to call customer service then to have them give the owners number to call him. This an incredibly frustrating experience. I am not pleased with this reservation or my last reservation either from Uhaul
Daniel FThe person managing the locaton is a fraud. He charged me more putting flase information at the starting of the trip. Be careful if you are going to get from thos location.
