It was a massive bummer that my pick up location was moved an hour and a half away from me the day before pick up. All said, the location was great.

Chad BDidn't have the truck i wanted gave me a larger truck at the same rate. Brakes barely and check brake lights was on. As well as giving me a pretty near empty truck. Was horrible. And charged me more then I was quoted. Bullshit would never rent from this location
Zachary WTruck had an exhaust manifold leak. This location is great and so are the people that run it. My issue would be with your reservation system and trucks not being available locally. When I made reservations for two separate dates, I was told that I would need to travel 1 1/2 hours away to pick up a truck with no compensation for gas or mileage. As a result I was forced to grab a truck locally when available and storage my belongings off site until My new home closed

KRISTIANNE AThe Uhaul location is not the problem. head office is the problem. My husband and I rented a 20' truck and a auto transport. when we weighed the truck, it was overweight. We decided to return the auto transport and rent a cargo trailer and make other arrangements for the car. The problem is we returned the auto transport to a different location therefore Uhaul charged us full price for the auto transport which was $515.20 even though we didn't use it. After contacting head office and talking to multiple people they refused to refund our money. If you rent from Uhaul make sure you read the contract because if there's a problem you will get no satisfaction from head office. They are a nightmare to deal with..
David DTrying to find a CLOSED (wasn't told) on Friday location and trying to get my rental (NOBODY SAID SWEET TWAT ABOUT NEEDING AN APP) made this my LAST U-Haul rental. Without a doubt my WORST rental experience ever and I rent lots of equipment for my work, including U-Haul, in the past. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul with it's latest version of NON-SERVICE customer experience to my worst enemy.

Roger TRequired roadside assistance due to check brakes service light coming on. Weather was poor. Uhaul roadside in Phoenix were great to deal with. I spoke with a few operators there. Tanya in Halifax was great as well. It took crews a few days to recover the truck but overall was a good experience. Thanks.
