The location and service I received was good, the information when I called the 800 number was very ppoor, I explain to the person who help me what I needed and she flat out lie to me to get the rental, I ended up renting a different unit that made the move of a brand new spa more dangerous and problematic. When I explain my needs to someone and they lie, that in it self is wrong, but this cause a ripple effect that stressed me for 4hour drive because of how the spa had to be trasnportedRaul R.

The check in process for the U-Haul app needs major improvement. The process was great all the way up to uploading my ID photo, but after that it took forever and did not let me proceed, so I had to go inside. They said that it only uploade one part of my ID and then they could not continue and had to cancel and restart my reservation from scratch. Although it was not the locations fault, they were very helpful and kind. The U-Haul app was the problem and needs to be improved.James C.

This was the worse experience and could not have gone any more worse than it did. I got charged twice to send my account into overdraft the day before Christmas thus making me wait even longer for a resolution. I'm homeless, no money to eat and when I reached out to Uhaul twice with no resolve, and pointing the finger at my bank. Best of all, your caring staff could care less about my situation. I was overcharged on the mileage. Just after I existed the UHaul parking lot, the truck odometer went up one mile. I had not driven even 30 ft before I got charged for the mile. I told the rep and he did not seem interested in hearing my issue. You guys ripped me off.Reza D.

I reserved a truck and anappliance dolly.. They didn't have any appliance dollies so I had to go down the road to get what I needed. I would have rather made one stop to pick up everything I requested. When the truck was brought out it was idling making a load noise. When I mentioned that the motor didn't sound very good his response was "it's just a small exhaust leak, you'll be fine". At least I didn't have to worry about falling asleep while driving. The truck was so noisy you couldn't even listen to the radio. This was my second rental this month and if that truck would have been the first one I probably would have used another company this time. At 113,000 miles and how noisy it was I had doubts about the trip and I can't remember renting anything without cruise control until this rental.Robert C.

While the equipment was in good condition and there was a plexiglass shield in front of the register, neither of the 2 gentlemen who asisted me wore face maskes. This might have been acceptable at the register but they still didn't have masked when they took me to my rental and showed me the overnight drop box. I am 73 years old. I feel that their accions were not acceptable. I would not advise anybody to frequent this this business.ARTHUR L.

The young man who worked with me when I checked in to pick up my rental was rude, inconsiderate and extremely nasty. He mumbled and I couldnt understand nor hear what he was saying to me. When I told him I was hard of hearing he rolled his eyes and did nothing to change his communication with me. When he brought the truck around to me, he handed me the keys and walked away. He made no explanations as to how to open or lock the truck. I am short and the seat back was lying practically horizontal and when I asked him to straighten it up he said that was the way it goes. I couldnt move the seat forward so when I asked him to do it he sighed and shoved the seat hard and nastily said, "Alright?". I couldnt move the side mirrors on the outside of the truck and when I asked him to help me, he walked away. Another gentleman came and moved them and had a great deal of difficulty. All in all, because of this experience with this one man, I consider my experience at this UHaul very poor and would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is poor and they make NO ATTEMPT to cater to the public. They probably figure if they lose my business, they'll get someone else. I will definitely take my business elsewhere next time.SAUNDRA L.

1. Provide accurate information on the insurance. Initially I was only offered the full coverage, but subsequently was told I could purchase insurance only for the U-Haul truck and not for my belongings being transported. This was about half the cost 2. If customers planning to rent the vehicle trailer, ask if they have experience driving with a trailer being pulled. We decided against renting the trailer because none of us had any experience with thisELAN S.
The pick up location was great. Close for a change. Rt. 66 upland California was great. I told them about my awful uhaul experience 2 weeks prior. They made sure All my rentals were there, close and ready. Helped us problem solve an issue and we were on our way. This move was excellent compared to the hassles, and stress of the prior move. No one was wearing a mask (state mandate). I am high risk. I asked the clerk where his mask was. He said his boss said they don't need to wear one. I told him I was high risk. He shrugged his shoulders. I interpreted that as an I don't care. I am a repeat customer, but never again. Flagrant disregard fir the health and safety of their customers.
