My only complaint was that I was supposed to pick up my 5 X 8 trailer at a location .9 miles from my home. This was the location I selected when I ordered the trailer online. 2 days before pickup date I was called by U Haul & told I had to travel 30 minutes away to another location to pick up my trailer. I was not happy about that. Why allow your customers to choose a location for pickup and then not deliver the trailer to that location? The U Haul representative did give me a $50 refund & that paid for gas & inconvenience which I appreciated. Other than that I was very happy with my experience. I drove 2800 miles across country and the equipment performed perfectly. Drop off at destination was quick & easy. I would recommend U-Haul to all my family & friends.
