Shop smelled of cigarette smoke, gas was below 1/2 a tank. But, they marked it at 1/2. I prefer the guick online check in with photos of gas and mileage - can't go wrong with that process.

Tried the automated system for drop off but could not get the system to recognize the location. Even had a computer professional try and fail. Note, the next day the person at drop off was very helpful and friendly.

When asked if I wanted the additional insurance I declined. There was a problem with the first set of paperwork and was redone but the insurance was added without my permission. It was later during my trip I discovered the added $56. I didn't complain as I figured there wasn't anything could be done after the fact. I just think it important to let your company know about this dilemma. Thanks for your consideration!

There was an appliance cart in the truck we were renting and it was not known to personnel handling our paperwork until the truck doors was opened after being told such a cart was not available at the site. Went through a number of communications with alternative sites before the doors were opened. This was not necessary. Most of my concerns were about the location for pickup, This changed twice in two days. I believe this was out of the control of the location personnel?

Don't close uhaul stores before there actual closing time . Went to uhaul on vineyard / 10fwy had my trailer reserved, show up and t was close . It was 5:30 and store hours was till 6:00. Called uhaul lady on phone was so helpful found my another trailer couple miles away

I rented at Route 66 in Upland, horrible customer service. The owner was not helpful and everyone passed the buck. I was quote one rate and was overcharged! I have an invoice for $166.00 and another for 78.00 then checked my account was charged 99.00 one day 95.00 another and just yesterday charged 2 times at a rate of 35.00 and some change! I am not happy and have filed a claim. I need the regional manager to call me, Frank was very rude!

You guys are cool, but your whole system sucks! It's worth noting that it would piss off anyone if they were to receive a text message and 9:30 in the morning saying that their location had been changed and that the time of pickup had been changed from 10am to noon. That being said, I'm super happy you guys had what I needed and I was able to come and get it. Again as had nothing to do with you, but with U-Haul generally as a company. Peace
