The online check in was terrible. I never received a code to get the key out of the lockbox. Fortunately a very helpful employee arrived a bit early for work and she got it figured out. I was standing around for 30 minutes wasting time.Robert M.

The rental request had been placed online a month prior but still at the last minute U Haul changed the pick up location stating the first location didn't have the truck we wanted. On top of that, we had rented a moving dolly and the new location didn't have the dolly, only the truck.Mitchell W.

Need to spend the time entering everything in the U-Haul system prior to picking up your truck. The pickup took about five minutes. The drop off was 30 seconds. Very positive experience.Donald B.

I have rented Uhauls three times in the past six years. All different sizes. They have always been clean, spacious and clean. Never had a problem. The only problem I had yesterday was the on line thing.... after watching the tutorial, it looked fairly simple but someone was actually at the location so it all worked out very well. She was very accommodating and I appreciated the experience very much.Laura T.

I could not get truck share app to check-in for my rental to work correctly, so I waited an additionak 2.5 hrs for dealer to open office. But everything worked out ok. The truck I used seemed to have a shimmy or tendency to wander from side to side in the lane at 70 mph. Perhaps it needed alignment or wheel balancing.Leonard V.
