The online check in was terrible. I never received a code to get the key out of the lockbox. Fortunately a very helpful employee arrived a bit early for work and she got it figured out. I was standing around for 30 minutes wasting time.

I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, the truck was in good shape and clean, the pick up drop off site was easy to find and in good condition. Online check in made the process much faster. Will use this location again.

The rental request had been placed online a month prior but still at the last minute U Haul changed the pick up location stating the first location didn't have the truck we wanted. On top of that, we had rented a moving dolly and the new location didn't have the dolly, only the truck.

Need to spend the time entering everything in the U-Haul system prior to picking up your truck. The pickup took about five minutes. The drop off was 30 seconds. Very positive experience.

A delightful experience from beginning to end! I was a "newbie" to renting from UHaul , but the rental agent (Nancy) was so helpful in guiding me through everything from uploading my driver license photo to adding my son as a driver to how to return the van after hours.

The U haul app made me wait 3 hours for an approval

I have rented Uhauls three times in the past six years. All different sizes. They have always been clean, spacious and clean. Never had a problem. The only problem I had yesterday was the on line thing.... after watching the tutorial, it looked fairly simple but someone was actually at the location so it all worked out very well. She was very accommodating and I appreciated the experience very much.

I could not get truck share app to check-in for my rental to work correctly, so I waited an additionak 2.5 hrs for dealer to open office. But everything worked out ok. The truck I used seemed to have a shimmy or tendency to wander from side to side in the lane at 70 mph. Perhaps it needed alignment or wheel balancing.

I was very surprised by the after hours service fee of $21.40. When I questioned why the total was so high I was told taxes. I picked up the van at 1 pm and returned it promptly at 1 pm the next day. The office was opened both days. There were no after hours pick up or drop off. That fee should have been explained. I was happy overall except when I had to pay.

Get a real office instead of a construction trailer and don't let your people smoke up a cloud in the building where customers are coming in to do paperwork. It smells horrible in there and I came out smelling smoky.

Computer system slow to check out Gas was down and had to call low fuel to Asst Manager attention. Also uhaul changed pick up location which caused me an extra day. I wanted Young's Service but had to get to before noon. Had I known about Hillside location I could have picked it up around 2pm and only cost me one day. I should get a refund for extra day.

I returned the van in a very clean condition, yet a $10 cleaning fee was added to my bill. I am requesting a refund of this amount, which was not a necessary charge.
