MARK QVery efficient operation. Friendly knowledgeable salesperson. The day we rented it was snowing and windy and we had to travel a long distance on an Interstate. The salesperson switched trucks to make sure we had a better vehicle. We could not have asked for more. I will definitely use this location the next time I need a rental.

karen cIssue with truck - the key was incredibly hard to get out of the ignition. I chatted w help and they told me to try something, which did nothing, then said oh well download the app and wait for roadside assistance. I callled my son and his friend was finally able to get it out - very touchy - he is a professional driver w his cdl license and he even struggled. He finally did. So maybe look into that key ignition? And the chat was no help at all.

Eric CUnfortunately the van I rented had a problem with the alternator or charging system while I was using it!. Luckily I noticed the problem before I needed to transfer all my stuff for our event. The ladies at the location were awesome to deal with. They had me in a new van immediately. Everything was taken care of! Thank you

Seth MEasiest truck rental I've ever had. Janine Greer was professional, personable and very efficient. Truck ran great and all worked as expected. Completely different experience than when I rented from U-Haul in Washington, PA. Definitely would recommend the Bethel Park, R188 Self Storage location to anyone.
