Easy drop off.
Dylan Lthe right taillight brake and turn signal did not work. I had to follow the truck in my car to our location because it did not work for turning and could have been a safety issue.

Darrin SThe staff at this location are extremely friendly and helpful! The truck was running so it would be warmed up when we got there since it was a cold morning. They provided guidance on the appropriate number of furniture blankets I would need as they though I over ordered. They were correct. I appreciate their help and their friendliness! The truck was clean and in pretty good shape overall. It was mechanically sound and we had no issues in that way. But there was an issue with the visor on the driver's side as the clip to lock it in place was missing. That said, I would DEFINTELY rent from this U-Haul location if I needed services in this area again.

james cThe mobile check in was a disaster and took way longer than it should have because of the technology. The website gave a recommendation for the size I needed, I got a size a little bigger, and it still wasn’t big enough. So it wasn’t the location that was the problem, it was U-Haul itself.

I was not completely satisfied dealing with the corporate phone service so decided to go to the location in person. So glad I did. Can't beat customer service like we had with Monica. This component is missing when you call the main corporate number. This location is staffed with wonderful professional people. A true asset.
Joseph JI used the app to check in and to attempt to return the rental. The app worked fine when I checked in. Unfortunately, the app froze during the ‘picture’ phase of the return. When I reopened the app, I could not find the reservation listed anywhere in the app. Very frustrating, especially since we were pressed for time to get somewhere. I started communicating with a rep via the app before a woman ended up coming out from the UHaul office and I explained the situation. She told me she would handle it. I’d recommend cleaning up the app so it doesn’t freeze and lose the reservation.
