very nice service but had to make sure the right rate was applied before and after the rental and the brakes of the cargo van were in poor condition. overall satisfied..

LUCIEN LThe van was filthy outside, needed windshield fluid,, which we bought at our expense. Truck was less than half full. I have rented a few times and this location was not ideal. Also, wait time was 30 min. on New Year's Day.
FRANCESCO CTruck door was frozen shut , was not able to get the keys out of the back . Messaged support through app , then got transferred to another agent , who then told me to follow a link for road side which did not work . Ended up calling , and was told assistance would be there within half an hour .. ended up driving to my work to get a tool to free the back door to access the key to carry on with my day .

No one knows what’s going on, the person responsible for the rentals is not there, the employee did not know what’s going on, had to call his boss and he was checking me in remotely, I chose in person checkin but had to do mobile because he was not there, on top of it all, when I saw my final receipt I see a charge that I did not agree on, they just add staff behind your back!! Poor service takes long to pickup a truck

Mauro SThe truck itself was fine but the cab had garbage and crumbs and even someone's hairbrush. Location is convenient and had lots of parking. App did not work though and I spent an hour on the phone with customer service before I could actually get the keys and get going.

Mary jThe truck was not back when I came to pick it up. I had to wait. When it did return, it had no gas. I was promised a discount if I brought it back with a quarter tank. I put gas into the truck, loaded furniture into the truck and stayed overnight in a hotel. The move to a retirement home for my elderly aunt was to happen the next morning. Before leaving the hotel, I noticed that the Ministry Commercial tag on the truck was expired. This is a huge infraction and this truck was not road worthy. I contacted U-Haul’s roadside assistance. After unloading the furniture into multiple vehicles, a tow truck came to pick up the vehicle, as per U-Haul’s request. I was subsequently charged $160 for not being able to use the truck for my move, and was charged $30 for not returning the truck with gas. The truck was returned with just as much gas as I had received it the day earlier. Poor customer service, poor maintenance of a commercial vehicle - I trust that you will make this right and compensate me for the multitude of issues I encountered in this rental.
Tony ZHello we had a great trip I would suggest that you up grade all the head lites on the trucks not bright enough for nite driving. Also the iteams we shipped incurred some damage that now I need to repair at a great cost to me
GERRY MArrived at 9:30 to pick up our rental to find no key in the key box. Had to wait until 10:00 when the store opened. The previous customer put the key in the wrong lock box. You folks need a better way to deal with keys and not rely on previous customers. Perhaps a second key should be left by the store in the correct lock box and all customers should drop keys in one common return box. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. This is a big issue that uhaul needs to address. Also, the van was far from clean. Not really acceptable the way it was.

Sabrina TReduce the amount of steps for mobile check in. I had to stand there in -4C going through so many steps trying to return the vehicle. Just make it easier to drop off the vehicle.

GREG BI was charged twice, second time for the half of the gas tank, even though it was full during drop off. Customer service didn’t get back to me yet. Will not recommend.
Liubov KI reserved additional equipment with my truck which was not included when I picked duo the truck off hours. Despite marking the equipment as not present during pick up I was charged $100 for missing dolly after return. When I called, the Rep said it would take 3 business days to get back to me with an answer. Who knows if they will even issue a refund. Unacceptable.
Julie NI did the advanced sign in and still waited for the guy to sign me in for like half an hour. He then told me not to be late coming back. He didn’t have any of my items ready for me that I bought ahead (tape, boxes and furniture pads). He didn’t seem to know how to use the system and had to call someone to guide him through it. It’s also disgusting in there, the guy was vacuuming up sawdust and it smelled so strong of paint thinner and stain - the guy has wooden furniture everywhere (probably 30) which he is clearly reconditioning - it was hot, smelled and hard to breathe while I waited for him to get through the system. I would never ever go back to this place and it’s sad that U-Haul directed me to go to this place as an option. I had a much better experience at the Burlington U-Haul store (very professional).
BRYAN HWas charged for 3 days after turning in a 2-day rental earlier than the due date/time. Rental from July 11-13 was returned on July 12 at about 930pm, and their mobile returns system would not acknowledge the pictures so I used manual return process. Then I get a receipt the next day saying I returned the car at 1:43pm on July 13th.

Richard FYou guys are scamming people. I just moved a brand new mattress from a store to my condo (hardly drove 40 km) I was charged a cleaning fee of $25. This was not informed me at any point in time when I booked the vehicle. Don’t scam people.
DINESH KThe vehicle broke down at our first moving location. Seemed like the starter was shot. We called the rental office, they directed us to customer service. Customer service was a 20 min wait before speaking to a real person. They said Roadside would call us in 30 mins. We heard back from them 2 hours later. We played with the ignition a few times until we got it started again, and out of fear of it never starting again, left it running until we dropped it back to the rental office where it inevitably died again. I think this merits a refund.
Raymond MI was charged hefty amount I would never use uhaul again I had a better price from home depot But I believed uhaul would have better price I would never recomend anybody to use uhal I was told its 0.89 cent per mile and i was charged $1.09 Not fair at all
