The app does not let me create an account, so I had to call customer service to ensure my drop off was recorded. I would recommend noting on the instructions somewhere that if you can't use the app, you can call U-Haul customer service to confirm drop off during closed hours. Other than that, everything went fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
