Woman working there was kind of confused how the process worked, app was glitching and would not accept photos of my drivers license so had to chat with an agent to finish up the verification, ended up not working so the agent went ahead and just approved the verification process. The whole process to get the keys took about 40 minutes even with me getting there 20 mins earlier. Will not be using UHaul in the future

It took multiple calls from the U-Haul office to this location to check my vehicle in. As I was overcharged. But I will say that once contacting the U-Haul office, they get all on it right away and rectify the situation.

And never did get confirmation that it was done and submitted Over all not a good experience

Hirender SFirst off the truck wasn’t clean. Inside and outside in the bed but that’s not actually the issue. The issue is I got billed saying I brought the truck back on empty which thank Goodness I took pictures prior and after. I have since as of this morning been refunded back for the gas but honestly had I not taken pictures what would I have done? I would have paid almost $120 more and been super stressed. First time renting a truck for a small errand and not sure if I ever will from this experience. Had I not taken pictures what would have happened? How did this get so messed up? Also I declined insurance as I was only using the truck for a couple hours yet I noticed on my bill I’m getting charged for that too?

GERARD EYour app was not functioning and caused a nightmare for the young lady as should could not access my reservation and a nightmare for me as I could not even connect to accept and finish my rental. The U-Haul called me and said it was a late return. Hogwash I returned in less than three hours. Totally disappointed with U-Haul and nothing but praise for the young lady
TERRY HAt this location the person who rented the truck to us was not at all helpful . I only received the rental contract until the day of my rental at my home on my computer I was already in New Westminster . The girl at the location did not walk us to the vehicle before we drove it away. When we got to the truck we noticed and took photos of the damage to the truck, on the driver side above the wheel well. When we brought it back I was debited the amount due and sent a paid receipt next morning I received another receipt with a reversal. I contacted U-Haul and was told the matter would be looked into. I called the dealer at the Royal Farm Market and the young girl told me the U-Haul man said it was damaged then she changed her mind and said it was the owner of the store who told her. I am not satisfied with the service at this location and I do not know if this matter is concluded. The truck already had a large scratch on the side, I and my sister and niece did not damage it. I find it highly suspicious that on Wednesday Nov.15 2023 that everything was okay and next morning it was not. The only good thing about this saga is that the U-Haul customers are very polite and try to help as much as they can..
