First, this experience was horrible. I reserved a truck to move my daughter to austin may 21st. I was picking up before you opened and when i pulled up my account you had a espinal rececio tied to my account so it showed no reservation and had to postpone her move until the next day. I couldnt edit my primary number associated to my account (why, im sure its "policy") and since you have the wrong number no reservation was registered even though i did. The next day i picked up the truck (nightmare process for ride share) and it smelled like something died in there so windows down to austin sweating nonstop the entire way. I would appreciate a refund. Ive used uhaul a ton of times and this just sucked!

ZABIHULLAH AKill your app. It is impossible to see on an iPhone when you were checking in, especially the photographs of the vehicle you are renting. And the questions are way too long convoluted and very intrusive. I will go back to using Home Depot for truck rental because there is human interaction and I’m not dealing with a computer on my iPhone.
PHILLIP MImposible to do it through the app only, I had to go inside and ask the lady in the counter for help, she was amazing but it took a long time to complete the process due to the app Being very difficult, not easy at all

We're very pleased with the excellent service she provided us with from the initial sale onto paper work she was friendly & helpful. Then with the actual rental part & the Pickup process, she made sure our needs were net bc she provided us with 5 star service. We were not expecting to be so pleased after having a horrible experience with another uhaul company right down the road. Needless to say it was a nice change. During the time we had the rental, Sam was easy to communicate with and is very driven in her customer service efforts to achieve satisfactory results. It eas obvious to us her goal was to ensure customers are pleased and they return in the future after their rental concludes. We will for sure! Thanks again

Jazzirelle MI was charged for a dozen of pads and only received a half dozen. The truck was filthy in the inside and had no option to drop the vehicle off at the nearest location. I was told I could get my Veterans Discount and didn't.
Jack JProviding a full tank of gas, a clean truck interior and having the truck ready for pickup at the designated reservation time/date. All of these items would be an improvement. Due to the truck not being ready, my movers had to reschedule me, which delayed me a day, and I was moving hours away.

BENJAMIN DDisorganized, the lady at the front did the best she could,she was kind. 1st when I arrived The service wasn’t prompt.I had to wait about 20 minutes before I could get the vehicle. According to the associate at the desk the vehicle that I reserved ahead of time it wasn’t available. she told me that I had to wait on another patron to return the vehicle. I brought it to her attention There was a vehicle in the lot The same size as the vehicle I reserved , and she responded with concerns that if I took that vehicle the next patron would be without a vehicle. Because I was already there she agreed to allow me to use that rental she didn’t ask me for my card information told me I would not be charged but I was instantly charged when I came back and returned to U-Haul I brought it to attention that they had already processed my card information and charge me the fees that she told me I would initially have to pay for the rental. I was initially charged around $80 or so only to get a notice in my email that I then owed $20 and then it turned into $50

DARSHAK TI was charged 810 miles when I only used 10 miles. Called to find ur why I was charged this much the guy working there admitted to his mistake and said I would be refunded instantly. It’s been 8 hours and 3 additional calls later I’m now hearing I won’t be refunded until 3-5 business days. Even though I was told otherwise and will have my pending withdrawals put me in overdraft. I shouldn’t suffered because of a mistake the uhaul rep made I’m highly disappointed.

KEVIN CI was charged for something the receipt is not specific and there is no way to dispute it or even speak to anyone. I will never rent from this location again. I returned the vehicle with no damage and I filled the tank up more than what I was given. I’m highly disappointed.
HEATHER LThe accuracy of fuel charges. I was charged for 1.5gallons of fuel and I brought the truck back on a 4th of a tank. How I received it.

Khari SThis location was good and fast. Friendly guy. My only problem is that they put this strapped in dolly and moving blankets in the truck near the back door. If you want to use it, break the zip-tie seal and be charged a fee, otherwise don't break the seal and it is blocking a huge portion of space. This is frankly obnoxious and a scummy sales tactic. I almost considered breaking the zip-tie seals just to get the room back.
MATTHEW LGasoline should be full up for , that is easier for customer to add up gasoline before returning the vehicle.
