The lady at the front desk was wonderful, but the U-Haul had barely any gas (less than reported from previous user) it was dirty inside the car and they didn’t have the carts that I originally ordered. I really needed these for my move and made moving A LOT harder nor did they have the blankets I needed. I ordered the U-Haul in advance, this is unacceptable that the equipment I really needed for my move was not available for me.
