I declined the extra insurance when I paid online, but it was added on and I never noticed until I returned the trailer. Happy that process happens.

ALEKSANDR SThis location had black ice all over the place. It was so difficult to manage the truck and trailer. Also upon entrance there were two cars parked facing each other stopping the way of entrance. The u haul personnel left the place before closing time and no one was there to assist me. They even charged me 25$ extra for cleaning even when the truck was in same condition when I Recieved. Also I returned the truck with more fuel and so much days and mileage left on it but the u haul employees don’t care about it. There was not single person to show some gratitude. Also when I called on Customer care they said they can’t do it on their end and manager can get back to you in 2-5 business days.
GUNEET SThe process to rent the vehicle before operating hours is very difficult for anyone that does not have good IT skills I was not told this would be the process until the day before I would not do it this way again unless I was desperate I was charged extra for gas when the needle was above the level I took it out on
DAVE NWrong product that was reserved for me. Wrong trailer. I had the trailer for one hour and returned it due to UHaul booking the wrong trailer. I was charged to full 3 day rental and had to fight for my money back. Customer service team from UHaul in Dartmouth was excellent. I am still awaiting funds to be returned.
Andrew CI had 25$ cleaning fee. Idk why that was added. If you are charging 25$ for cleaning why the equipment was dirty when I picked it up ?
AHMAD AThe tank was only half full, I used just over a quarter tank in fuel, and filled it up upon returning it, I'm therefore owed some money, I have photos as proof.
RONALD PVery friendly and efficient service. There was no wait time at all. I was served immediately and all my questions answered. The truck was clean. The one thing that I really dislike is that it was not full of gas. It is very hard to gauge how to return it with the same level of fuel when it is not full.

CAROLINE MI think some of these places are really just make shift drop off points…..they are full of junk cars or remnants of salvage vehicles typically not a place where you find a rental outfit. To me that’s odd especially for a brand name like U-Haul.

Neil MThe staff were very helpful and accomodating, but the our unit had water in it, and it was not open after 8pm which was difficult for us as our kids go to bed at 7:30 and often finish bedtime at 8pm so getting to the unit (without kids) was difficult. I would recommend to a friend if they are not storing anything that needs to be temperature controlled or fully moisture resistant items. Also, i have not moved out. I paid for this month so I'm not sure why i received this email (but no big deal on that one for me). Again, it was a great unit if you have certain needs, but it was just not right for us. Thanks.

Robert DTrailer was previously used for hauling mulch. Was not cleaned out prior to me picking it up. Most U-Haul places hook up trailer for you, check your lights etc. this place was completely self serve.

William WRented a trailer at a different location last weekend and they hooked it up for me. When picking up at this location the guy just said trailer is over there and when I asked if he would hook it up he said no, we don't do that. Thankfully my husband was with me and did it for me This location wouldn't take debit, said their machine doesn't work. Got the trailer home, opened it and it was all wet nside with grass and dirt so I had to clean it before loading.

Don RThe place was dirty the customer service was terrible and when I was suppose to get my deposit back he refused told me I had to get it back at the place I rented it from then after a few days of speaking to representatives and going way back out there out of my way his debit machine for U-Haul wasn’t working again this was the poorest experience I have had with U-Haul

David F2 times 2 days in a row. My truck was gone and I had to drive to a different city to pick it up. The 2nd time my truck was gone and unavailable for 3 hours after my pick up time making it 1230am by the time I got to my destination when it should have been 830pm at the latest. Then I was told I'd receive a refund for returning it a day early. When we went to settle the difference they then told us. We don't do that unless it's debit or cash. Which makes no sense. Next time we'll go with enterpise

Maurice Lthe facility is very well located and can save you time if you live around and need to return the vehicle at that location, but I do not recommend it if you need more information and specific attention for your needs. the attendant is a nice guy although.

Colin DMy entire U-Haul experience was terrible. Two cancelled "guaranteed" rentals in 3 days. My final rental was scheduled for a 9am pick up, which was then changed to 10am the night before pick up. When we picked up the truck, the roof was covered in 8 inches of snow and we were told we had to clear it off ourselves. I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone. You need to do better on every possible level. Very very displeased customer here.

Paul BFor the truck to be cleaned. It wasn't swept out in the back and I found empty food wrappers in the cab and spilled pop and coffee in the middle seat console. I had to clean before I loaded my furniture and I still cleaned it after I dropped it off and left an extra quarter of a tank. Other than that condition of the truck. The customer service was excellent in person to rent the truck, when I picked up the truck and over the phone. I would still highly recommend u-haul as they met all of my moving needs. Truck was safe and awesome mileage for gas... wow. That is why there was an extra quarter of a tank because I thought that I would have used all the gas and would have had to fill it before dropping it off... Thanks a bunch U-Haul...

mia fThe back of the van was dusty when we got it. When I returned it, they claimed I was the reason. The dust and liquid mark was so dry that it’s obvious it was from past usage. I was charged a cleaning fee for that. I contacted customer service but she was really rude and impatient and ended the call. I called again and requested to speak to a manager but they said there was no manager available. Worst experience with uhaul’s customer service.

Stephanie JThe person at the uhaul counter was so unprofessional. I asked to cancel the insurance policy from uhaul and ready to pay full reimbursement if there is any accident. But he insisted me to take the insurance otherwise cancel the booking and not ready to give the vechile.
