Original location was changed at last minute and was a half hour away from original pick up location. Hugh inconvenience. Then drop off location was changed after van was dropped of. Original drop off location no longer accepts uhaul vehicles. Was a lot of running around that did not match online reservation information. Big disappointment in the whole process.

Robert SI had to call and be on hold cause the employee after clearly stated of drop off location. They could not bother to write the correct location for drop off. Which made it over the time. And I said I am paying extra cause they messed up not me. And I was over changed. Did I get the info I needed. The vehicle was not safe. Employer was rude. And much more happened. Do not recommend
