Ibwas charged a cleaning fee. Even though I swept the truck before returning. The truck ran very shaky and hot. I have always had a good expeience in the past with Uhaul and never experienced extra charges. I am very disappointed.

Really customer service by the person how was receiving the equipment trying to charge me for a service at I don't even receive from them the back of the truck was dirty went we went to pick it up it was a rainy day so I told the dispatch guys not to worry about it I was going to load some pallets , when I come back the want to charge me 25 dollars to clean up a truck that was dirty since I took it in the morning (trying to be nice to the guy because it was raining ) any ways I have to drive all the way back to my house (pay more miles on the truck ) and clean it my self so the don't charge me the 25 dollar I be renting trucks and trailers from you guys all the time first time something like this happened to me worse customer service ever !!

You folks are doing an excellent job. That's why I chose you guys. Prior to being a customer, I used to drive by and notice your rental equipment go real fast. It only means one thing. You must be doing something right to attract all that business. As far as improvement is concerned, just continue the good work. I think you guys are great. This review is more about the movers I used when I rented the Uhaul truck. I used Reliable Movers in Kissimmee moving services September 17, 2020. Gerry one of the movers knocked a household item off the truck and it shattered into pieces. It was a pedestal. I tried to resolve this with Gerry but he rude about it stated “it was old anyway”. I advised it was vintage from a garage sale not old. After A few text messages back and forth he stopped responding. Last communication with him was October 9th. I asked for some sort of compensation. I bought for over $200. I advised I would be okay with $100. He stopped responding. Do not use Gerry he will break your things then sweep it up like nothing happened.

This location was the second place that I had to go to as the first place (the Marathon Station 32822) The first place was a nightmare. The man at the location was rude and not helpful at all!

So, I had the first Uhaul truck break down due to ether electrical or key issues from this location. It was scary because this is my first time driving a Uhaul and renting one. They also had staff left the office right after I got my paperwork and I still had some more questions. I just recommend checking a quick drive before renting and to not leave the office unattended.

Fix your app. I had to turn in our uhaul after hours and the app was the worst. Whenever I would be almost done with the return process, it would kick me off and make me start over. This happened for half an hour. Went to the app store to rate it zero stars but it wouldn't let me.

My appt for pickup was at 7:30a and I was thete on time. The U Haul app was not working for online checkin. Also I called customer service 2 times and was on hold until 8 :30a. So I had to wait until store opened at 9a. The app kept looping around and asking me for my information. The customer service agent couldnt get online checkin to work either going through the website. I was 2 hours late for setting up my booth for the 2020 Annual Windermere Fine Art Fair. It affected my sales and other artist as each artist had certain time to he there.
