No improvements, the process was made easy by the lady at the front desk. She was able to answer most of my questions despite not being a U-Haul worker.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI loved how easy the process was. My car broke and I needed to bring it to my mechanic. I did not have any reservations. I just showed up to inquire if they had availability, and 10 minutes later I was rolling out with a trailer. Very friendly staff. From the lady in the front desk, to the gentleman who helped me park when I returned the equipment. Definitely coming back there if I need it and recommend it to everyone.
