JULIAN AStaff was rude and unprofessional. I booked a dolly and showed them my reservation and they refused to give me a dolly. They refused to assist me in checking out the truck. They ruined my entire move and I ended up having to spend $100 on a dolly at a retailer and none of this was my fault. I will never rent U-Haul again because this incident created chaos on a day that was supposed to be great. New house and my move turned into a nightmare because of this company

Nile WStop double taxing people. I was charge for a 100 miles and was tax on that. I went over 15 miles and was tax on that too. Instead of taxing once for the same transections.

Nina EPerfect and easy every step of the way! Even when I messed up at the end, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Great communication super fast and friendly. I even had to call the after hours number (Because I did not do things following the instructions) and they did everything to help me and made sure that all was good at the end. Would definitely recommend them with my eyes closed!
Alexandro TThe requested dollies were not in the vehicle, a utility and furniture dolly. Fortunately the U-Haul CS rep next door was able to provide me with a utility dolly and waived the furniture dolly from my rental agreement.

LINDA TThis was a HORRIBLE experience! I love renting from U-Haul. The App is very easy to use and very reliable with regard to availability and locations. I rented a trailer for 1 day to move items from one storage location to another. The task took much longer than expected, so I went on the App to add a day to the rental. To my astonishment, the trailer had been rented out to another party and I was required to return it at the end of my 24 hours. I had to get my family up at 8AM to travel to the storage unit, unload the trailer and return it to the rental location. But, the location was CLOSED on Sunday. NO ONE at all could have been there to rent the trailer. Period. I had wasted my time following the App requirement! I called the number in the App and a very gracious gentleman added the extra day, which I SHOULD have been able to do per the App because the trailer actually was available. Uggh! NOT what I have expected from U-Haul. You run a very good system and this is the only time I have been inconvenienced.

LLOYD LThe reservation system was screwed up. My res was for 9am, then when I arrive the system states 9:30 and then when I check in it states 8am but won’t let me continue. Luckily service personnel at location were able to rectify. Your software needs work.

JOSE SI specifically selected a new uhaul location in our area that had good reviews. Once I completed the online check in the uhaul website changed the address of my pick up to a dirty gross run down tire shop. I selected to do contactless mobile pick up but never received any mobile directions and ended up having to go inside the tire shop where they had to go get the uhaul ready. They had a pile of dolly’s on the floor and made you pull it out and load it into the uhaul. Their parking lot is very small and horrible to more large trucks around in. Also my email confirmation stated the uhaul was open till 7:30 so I could return it before then. But at this tire shop the girl was like no we close at 3 you can do it yourself on the phone and just put the keys in a box. But if you don’t do it right we will charge you $50.
