Just keep up the good work! This rental was a very good one and was a very positive experience.

The vender had to leave work early to go to court, and so when I arrived, the process had to take place by phone. After I completed the approval process by phone, I noticed that the truck only had a half tank of fuel, when it was supposed to be full. I called vender and they told me that they would “make it right”. They never did. I called them back and they told me that there was nothing that they could do. They basically lied to me. I will never do business with this location again.

Very dark and could not see the key drop also all dirt fields. I also returned the unit with the correct fuel and he charged me for more. Not good.

Absolutely horrible experience. Either the trailer tires were defective or the wheel bearings causing the trailer to bounce, specially around 55 mph. Very upset with paying for terrible equipment. My trip lasted hours longer and some of the items being hauled were damaged. I tried calling customer support but no option is provided for defective equipment just accidents. I will never again rent from U-Haul!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with some tech issues I had trying to check in. Equipment was well maintained and organized on the lot. They were far more friendly on the phone trying to set up my reservation than other local locations. Would highly recommend this location for anyone needing a U-Haul rental and will tell everyone looking to go through stone masters!

The location was closed, my dropoff was on Sunday. The overgrown weed field circling the key drop box made for a negative experience and review.
