I was not allowed to drop off my truck at this location; I had to take it to another location to drop off. Customer service gave me a whole runaround again.

I was charged for not returning equipment but I took photos of the furniture pads and appliance dolly in the truck when I returned. I had emailed them to a person named Clay last Saturday but I guess they didn’t pass on the photos. The location I dropped stuff off is not secured as far as I’m concerned. I plan to dispute fees as I gave the photos to back up.

Raymond CThe vender had to leave work early to go to court, and so when I arrived, the process had to take place by phone. After I completed the approval process by phone, I noticed that the truck only had a half tank of fuel, when it was supposed to be full. I called vender and they told me that they would “make it right”. They never did. I called them back and they told me that there was nothing that they could do. They basically lied to me. I will never do business with this location again.
PHILIP MVery dark and could not see the key drop also all dirt fields. I also returned the unit with the correct fuel and he charged me for more. Not good.
