I ended up with a much larger truck than I needed even after my reservation was confirmed and I was switched to a different location. This caused issues with loading abilities and more expense in fuel. Was not thrilled...
ERIC BSomething you can do to make it better is to make sure that the employee follows through with what they say they’re going to do. I had a hard time dropping off because she told me that she wasn’t going to put an address for return so that I could return it to the closest place to me in a new neighborhood. She did not do that so I had to drive around and find places to take it because she put in a certain address they did not take the U-Haul. What a total inconvenience and it cost me money that I did not expect to spend. I never had a problem with U-Haul, but this time was the worst! I would not do this again.
LAMISHA HThis place was great- the lady was very helpful. The truck was good it had not been swept out by previous user was all.
LORETTA BAsk that customers sweep out the truck after using it there was a lot of debris in the back of the truck. I just used my broom before putting my bed back there but outside of that everything was great and customer service was awesome. 🤩

Susan ZI returned the truck full as I was told to on line. Even though I received the truck with a quarter tank. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul no matter how convenient the locations are. It's worth the hassle to drive to a Budget truck location. They have better equipment and personnel are better trained. I won't be using Uhaul ever again
William WI was scheduled to pick up at 8:30 but got there and the key was not available. I was told by an employee that the employee who handles the uhauls did not get to work until 9:45 so I had to sit and wait for her to show. That pushed back my entire moving process which was an unexpected inconvenience.

Paul eI would recommend this place to someone who lives on the island. However, it was difficult to find and kind of messy outside. Regardless, the inside was clean and the person who took the truck was very helpful and kind.
TATE MOne of the pipes connecting the coolant to the engine was slashed and leaking. When I picked up the truck, they said nothing was wrong with the car except for the A/c not working. After 5 minutes of driving the truck, the engine overheated and was visibly steaming. It was not drivable. Roadside assistance came and told us the car was not in a condition to drive and had to fix it after 3 hours of us waiting with no A/C. They tried to tell us that the truck had “nothing wrong with it” even after I told them that the engine was overheating. Uhauls need to be checked more regularly since this poses a serious safety hazard.

Victoria CThis the drop off location on my contract. First they tried to charge me $250.00 for supposedly dropping off at the wrong location. Person at desk was very rude. I topped the gas tank of of 9/16 and subsequently charged me for returning it 1/2 full. I have pictures and will dispute this charge. Left message with regional manager Troy Warren. PLEASE STOP USING THIS LOCATION, IT RUINED WHAT WAS OTHERWISE A GOOD U-Haul experience.

FELECIA JI didn't have problems on the contrary, the young who helped me was very nice and helpful . I rented the truck for an hour to pick up couple of items from Goodwill and everything went great.

Joy EI ordered and piad for 3 utility dollies and a furniture dolly and they only had one utility dolly that they had to track down. I asked then for my money back for the dollies and they tenured saying it was my problem with uhaul. I wonder how many people they rip off and steal from in this way.

Sam PMaybe get an honest legitimate business to run your location. They gave me a filthy truck with less than a quarter tank yet the contract said it had over 3/4 tank. Mileage was also off from the contract. I will never rent from them again or use their tire service. Dishonestly will not be tolerated by me.
