Truck ran accordingly, equipment was good.. VERY disappointed in final billing 1.. we put on 38 miles, I did not see a refund from 60 miles I purchased… 2.. I was told to bring truck back with at least 1/4 of a tank of gas to return it as complete… I have pic showing 1/4 tank but still got charged almost $40…your basically telling me at $4 per gallon, I went thru 10gallons of fuel?? On 38 miles, that’s 3.8 miles per gallon!! Where as the equipment was great, billing is highly questionable and highway robbery! As a bookkeeper snd ex-tax auditor for IRS…I will never use U-HAUL again..
