The young lady we spoke to was kind, although she did show up late. One of her coworkers had to call her multiple times and we were eventually told she was stuck in traffic. When she arrived, she had fast food and an iced coffee. I understand if she had overestimated the time she had to grab something and get to work on time. But we scheduled our reservation at 9:30 and she didn't get there until 10:00, so I would have appreciated some more transparency. We were also told that we could drop-off the U-haul during closing time at the drop-off location, but when we arrived on Sunday, there was a gate that needed a code. We were lucky enough to have a gentleman who worked there let us in, but he told us that they weren't supposed to have us do that anymore.
