Thomas DI reserved a car hauler trailer at a site in Georgetown DE for a 9:30 pickup time. However, I was notified I'd have to go to a site further away (Millsboro) and that they did not open until 10:00am. I adjusted my plans...went to Millsboro for the 10am pickup, to find out they actually opened at 9:30am. Also, the Uhaul website still does not work very well.
MEIGHAN CSite services are excellent! Web page or app are sub-par. I could not check the truck in and had to just park, lock it up, and drop the key. The site closed at 2pm…I dropped the truck off at around 3pm.

Diane SWe were scheduled to drop the truck off at Morton Electric in Lewes, and the guy there ordered us to drop it off 20+ miles away in Millsboro. He was very rude about it. Rt24 Self Storage was great, but Morton Electric was unhelpful and, to honest, the guy there was kind of a jerk.

RICHARD TThe truck was not clean cab or the back. Dirt everywhere. Blankets strewn everywhere. I had to use a blower to clean it. When I arrived at my new residence it was parked in my driveway for 2 days. It leaked a lot of engine oil at the end of the driveway in the street. My HOA didn't`t see it thank God. I went to the store to purchase kitty litter to soak it up. There will be a stain. Also it snowed last night and today. The windshield wipers were worn and need to be replaced. I feel U-Haul trucks are NOT maintained very well. I am very disappointed and I also feel I should be compensated.

Kadijah DMy web reservation included a refrigerator dolly but when I arrived to pick up the truck, there was not one available. I then had to find another rental facility to secure the refrigerator dolly which was needed for my move. U-haul.com inconvenienced me by not providing me accurate information. This oversite shows a general lack of concern for your customer's time. I'll use another rental company next time.

PETER RThe only issue I had was I chose a uhaul pick-up close to my storage unit in Lewes. Had to drive 4 miles both ways to the Millsboro facility.
STEPHEN MThe staff member was extremely friendly and helpful in setting up my rental. While I only used a small portion of the truck, we were able to complete the entire move in one trip.
JOHN HLocation is in an area of poor cell reception. It took 30 minutes to pick up the truck because of it. The Location could share their wifi password with customer to speed up the process. Also the truck was dirty on the inside, and the cargo are spelled like gasoline.
