Timothy SU-Haul should have blankets and hand trucks available at all times. It is extremely important and furniture can be damaged. Hand trucks are helpful when manpower is not available. Customers should be notified of the status before arriving if the items are not available.
Richard GDoing the online app was a little confusing and frustrating especially when I clicked on the example photos and tried to return to the home button. Uhaul was very easy to work with and accommodating. The associate at this location was very pleasant and helpful when returning the vehicle.
Richard CHe was surprised I was there, told me was not accepting another truck, had to call U-Haul to confirm. Not a good experience.

ian iGenerally the trailer was clean but the last customer must have done a roof removal as there were several old/used roof nails in the crevices and ramp. When I lowered the ramp at least a dozen roof nails fell out and could have been a problem for my tires had I not seen them.
WILLIAM MYour system of selecting drop off locations is terrible. I use a trailer to go to Lewes Delaware and it suggested I drop off the trailer in Cape May Nj I passed a location 4 miles from my destination and had to drive 15 miles to the one your system planned for me. Waste of time and resources.
RAMON JInstall adjustable outside mirrors controls from the cab, and order new trucks with inside controls for adjusting the mirrors.

Carole VThe temperature control knob is stuck on Hot. Does not move at all. The cab was uncomfortable on 80 degree day(Saturday) with no AC or cool air available. Also, the turn signal return did not work properly.

DAVID KDue to a snow storm prior to this rental there was a 3” thick layer of ice and compacted snow on the cargo box roof that posed a traffic hazard while driving on a congested highway. Fearing an incident that would cause damage to another vehicle, i had to delay my travel while seeking a location where I could borrow a ladder and a shovel to push the ice off the roof. Fortunately no incident occurred.. What is the U-Haul policy on renting equipment with ice and snow accumulation on the roof? Thank you.

Gregory SInform the customer on changes in charges, I was a returning customer with the negligence of the staff I or no one Io know in my business world will be returning. I will get the word out not to use this agency as they do not value the customer.

ANNETTE HAgain the U-Haul software created delays for me as the lady couldn’t receive in the trailer and had to call support to resolve the issue. She was great and again had a to go through a number of steps to resolve the issue and send me on my way.

ALBERT TTrucks should be filled with fuel or at the very lest have 3/4 of a tank of fuel before being rented out I work in automotive and would never issue a loner car out with 1/4 of a tank of fuel. The truck had a hard pull to the left while unloaded, due to it being a Comercial vehicle alignments should be done/checked every 12,000 miles. Engine sounded like it could potentially have a tick noise in it and the transmission shifted like new driver learning how to drive a manual slamming the gears. The location and the gentleman operating at the place I picked the truck up at was very nice and helpfull.
