You should train your agents to be fully versed in your insurance policies. I purchased the $25 ins and after having an accident with the trailer was told that I was not covered due to 3rd party liability. I spoke again the both agents and they stull said I was covered. I should be refunded my $25

The location personnel were great, but UHaul itself was a complete loss. I tried to pick up my truck at the location online, it would not work. The staff were there early and were great. But, they did not have my booked truck ready to go because Corporate UHaul just sent my information over to that local branch, but did not verify that my truck would be there with the requested Appliance Dolly, and the 12 blankets that I ordered with an agent on the phone. The assigned truck was not even ready. Worst Corporate customer service ever. No Truck, No Appliance Dolly, No 12 Blankets. Thank God they happen to have on hand a truck like the one I ordered. How was I to move my Appliances without the Appliance Dolly. How was I to protect my personal items with out the 12 blankets I ordered. Then to top everything off is the fact that the trucks breaks failed to hold at a stopped stop sign. The breaks went all the way down, forcing the truck to push the car in front of me. I still have yet to receive my refund. I will tell my story everywhere online for the worst experience in my life. Too top that off, I was ready to turn in the key, but no one could stay with the truck that worked there, I had to go back to the parking lot to stay with the truck for over an hour before the tow service came. The police dept did not find me at fault, and followed me to the parking lot to park the truck. They would not let me drive it back for fear of another accident.
