I rented a specific equipment. The night before pick up was told it wasn't at that location. I drove 30 mins to another location that didn't even have the equipment I need for the job. When they tried finding the equipment it turned out to be at the first location 5 mins from my job site. I lost an hour of working which went into the other piece of equipment I had to pick up. A horrible day. Very disappointed ☹️
