ANTHONY Dthe older lady at the desk was friendly and helpfull but I had to detach the trailer with no help and if I had not had a car jack and concrete block in my pick I dont know how long it would have taken,. Not a single male worker seemed interested in helping. And I left my 2$ stone block holding thr trailer up. AdditionallyI was harassed over the phone friday as to when I was returning the trailer. After my wife made the reservation she called back to say the return date was wrong. THe reservation was only for one day. She was told that it was only 20/day and just return it when you i can. I was planning on returning Saturday 8/17 from the start. Then friday 8/16 I was called and asked If I was returning it that day. I tried to explain and was reminded that not what the reservation said and that other people needed the trailer. It is not my problem if someone else needed it. I had it was told it was ok to return when I planned.

Gary GVery rude personnel, starting with the owner of the place who confronted me saying that I was staring at him and he started giving me an attitude for no reason. That’s NOT the way to treat customers, and then the lady at the counter was very unprofessional, the rental I was taking was very filthy and she said that she couldn’t do nothing about it even thought there was another van in clean conditions but she denied doing the changed and instead she sent someone to sweep the dirty one, and the smell in the van an the conditions of the front seat were terrible filled with dog fur! I had a really bad expirience and I hope I don’t ever have to do business with that place again!

Daniel PThe online sign in was awful. It took us 30 minutes in the parking lot, right next to the truck before we got the treasure map to get the key. The wait time on line was too long. Maybe tell customers to begin the process before they leave their house, or be more punctual. Furthermore, the online procedure asked for documents I do not carry with me (Passport?); then they said they would call my emergency contacts---never did?!? What was that all about!

Ermano LThe drop off location was very convenient. I was able to drop off the truck late at night, after hours, which was SO helpful, as I work during the day. The drop off process was simple. I uploaded photos to the u-haul site, and all seemed to go well. I would definitely use this service again, and i would recommend it to others.

John Sthe site was fine but Uhaul app and reservation is terrible. Reserved van. Only vehicle available was 15 ft truck. App is unusable for remote sign-in and dropoff. No corporate level customer service.

Frank MI had trouble checking in w/truck share 24-7. There was no public WiFi at location which resulted in my inability to complete check in. I had to go in and staff had to assist in checking me in. Also don’t understand why when uhaul had my uploaded picture and matching nys drivers license they felt the need to verify my identity with an additional contact. It took way too much time and was a half hour delay.

STEVEN WGet the app to work when checking in. Mine would not work eat all. Rosie, the counter person at the pick up location tried and couldn't get it to work. She manually completed my check in so I could get the keys to the truck. I then was unable to correct the mileage which was off by 170 miles. I took a picture and gave it to Rosie who called someone to report it and told me to leave. I returned the truck today and was shocked and disappointed to see that the mileage was still incorrect and that I have been charged $182.82 more than I should have. Please correct this and refund this over charge or I will dispute it with my credit card company. Thank you.
Raymond NIt's not about the drop off location but about the overall Uhaul experience which we would rate MINUS 1000 percent. A most horrific experience. Hours on the phone being told to make changes on the portal or chat when neither is available. Being hung up upon after one hour holding to talk to someone and ten holding again 20 minutes only to be hung up on. When someone does answer their reply is I am in such and such state and not responsible. Our rental pick-up was moved to 1.5 hours away the night before the rental. The day before rental I was told I dont know if we have a truck because we are in short supply of equipment - we received SIX weeks in advance and you dont know if you have a truck the day before? Most horrific experience continued after pick up. Stay away as far as you can from Uhaul. Uhaul is worst EVER. Drop off location has nothing to do with it. they just say call Uhaul. Its all handled (or actually not handled) who knows where... Nobody ever responsible.
Mark RLove the location and people... But U-Haul just charged my card FOUR DIFFERENT CHARGES EXTRA TO MY ACCOUNT. I recommend no one use U-Haul at all because they never tell you they are going to charge EXTRA a month after you return the truck. Everything was paid... Now U-Haul wants to just charge fake fees here n there. Uncalled for.

JEFFERY RImprove equipment availability for one way rentals. I was told that from Shoreham NY within a forty mile radius there was only one 10 foot truck available to be dropped off in Oneonta NY.

April MCharged me for two full days on an 8 1/2 hour rental. Complete bullshit.
Robert FThe online pickup experience was the worst customer experience I have had in years. Here is the recap: - My identity validation should have been done ahead of time, not in the parking lot in the wind in front of the vehicle - I was not able to add my wife as a alt contact for some reason - Online customer service rep was not responsive and not helpful - Identity validation process is flawed! This is supposed to be a 24x7 process and you start calling my contacts assuming that they have the time to pick up immediately? After 45 minutes in the parking lot I was denied access to the vehicle and had to go searching for the representative. Thankfully she was able to help, but the online experience was atrocious.
