The price was outrageously high. I felt I was being take advantage of. Lady at counter was not very knowledgeable or friendly. The Yard guy was good.

Take UHaul privileges away from Rubio Motors. They suck. I went through two wire harnesses on the trust because it wasn’t done right and my chains dragged the whole way to Florida. I could not get them to shorten up because of the way the trailer was set up.

Was very happy with equipment and location but was very unhappy when I was quoted one price online and when I picked up truck the price was double, I was also unhappy with the $1.89 per mile charge, Budget rental only down the road 3 miles is half the price !!

The person behind counter should help assist customer with your new format. Not everyone is tech savvy. Ot took 45 mins too long just to rent a van. WAY TOO LONG.
was charged for items I never wanted , used, or even received. Need refunded. Also charged for 3 days when should have actually been two.

Be nice if access to the rental deck was clearer to avoid wandering around the facility. But the rental process was fast, efficient; the rental agent helpful, the vehicle new and great pricing.
I had 4 options for dropping off the truck in an area I was not familiar with. She could have easily checked which was the closest to town I was going. No effort to accommodate. Negative and unpleasant.
Great service, however they didn’t include the dolly and furniture pads I ordered.
Corporate server needs a major upgrade!

The lady at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. I had a bad experience with EAST END MATTRESS in Westhampton beach NY prior to having my reservation transferred to Rubio Premier Motors that same day. Was offered $50 off but I feel it should be more. The inconvenience of waiting for the rep for East end Mattress to show up, but he never did. This caused me to be behind in schedule and costing prescious time that I eventually ran out of. If more of a refund can be given it would be greatly appreciated.
Loved the truck. If I can find the money I will buy one.The stero is kicken. Rosey was very nice and funny at times. Will be back when there is a need.
