After pre registering online, they still required a bunch of paperwork inside where customers were not wearing masks. They also required two additional forms of ID beyond my credit card and drivers license, When I complained, they blamed it on U-haul policy. The trailer had two clearance lights not working, and they said it was okay if the majority of lights worked.

According to the man who helped me at Iverson, and dismounted the trailer, the trailer wasn't mounted completely correctly. He said there were rubber guards needed for each of the chains at the point where they attach to the hitch, and only one had a proper rubber guard. No damage was sustained, fortunately, and the chains stayed attached.

When I rented the truck the paperwork was wrong. I was given a truck that didnt match the paperwork. When I discovered the error, I was told to bring the truck back and was charged that milage. Your truck had a violent shaking anything over 60 mph. I had Uhaul set me up for a one way trip and Ruddy's Rental changed it back to a round trip. It cost me time and money. I will not rent there again.

I had reserved a 15 ft at Centerville when they transferred me to Forest lake they a huge truck with no air conditioning so I'm not satisfied with uhaul I'm not Happy with how much extra it cost me

Update the website so once you pick a truck size the map would identify which locations have it available or once you pick a location - available trucks are listed. Rudy's has always been great for service when I rent through them.

I believe I was way over charged. I had a 15ft from 10:30 am until 8:30 am the next day that was supposed to be 29.99 per day. I got the insurance for 14.00 which I was charged that and also 28.00. I paid 146.00. I believe it is false advertisement on your end.

Might be the worst customer service I've ever experience. They were extremely rude so I'll never return to that location. And I'm a repeat customer. I'll advise to go elsewhere for rentals

Truck was gross inside, clerk in the front desk was absolutely and unnecessarily rude, and the location charged me an after hours $20 fee when I PERSONALLY delivered the keys to the clerk. They also charged me for the dolly and furniture pads that I DID NOT USE!!! I called them several times with either no answer or no willingness to help. Absolutely terrible service.

The truck was scraped up, dented, dirty and interior ripped. Places were not listed in the Uhaul app which would have left me responsible had i not spent extra time checking. The application Uhaul was terrible. It first guaranteed me a truck in Chisago City then while almost there it was cancelled on me; then redirected me to Forest Lake. Then i went through all this phone paperwork only to have the agent cancel the entire thing on my phone because one phone call they made the person didn't answer the first time. Currently they are trying to charge me for extra mileage that i was told is included.

Some of what I reserved was not available when I arrived. When asked why it wasn't available, even though I reserved it online a couple of weeks in advance, the response was "you should have called to make sure we had it". What is the point of reserving equipment online when it's expected that I call ahead in addition to make sure it was there?

I have never received such rude service both at the pick up location and the drop off location. At the pick up location, I asked to use the restroom. Nicole told me there was no public restroom. I told her I really needed to use the restroom and that we're giving her $1,200 to rent a truck, can she not please just let me use the restroom. She directed me to a gas station down the street as there was no public restroom. When we drove the truck, a yellow engine light came on. I called Nicole and she said it's been checked out and not to worry about it. The truck did, indeed, run fine on our trip so the light wasn't an issue. Their customer service is completely lacking. We have 2 more truck we're renting in a month to finalize our move and we will definitely be going to Budget, Hertz or Penske.

I rented a 26 foot a month ago. Show up & it's not there, got the 20 foot. No discount, asked if I would see a different price for mileage since we now had to make 2 trips. Said they can't do anything, they are a middle man for Uhaul. Will never use them again or recommend.

We drove the rental 7 miles they started it at 3/4 of a tank it didn't move yet they expected us to give them $5 for gas. When I tried to tell her that I was in going to give her extra money and how much gas what I need she said I had to take it over to the gas station and fill it up. I tried to explain to her that I had AA gas can in my other Van and could just put a gallon in it yet she seemed convinced that I was being hostile to my wife and at that point in time told me that there was no way that I was going to get around this even though I only drove 7 miles. I told her I would call the police she then said as she thought that she was going to call you all 1st period it was a horrible experience we use D truck for 7 miles 3 miles to our house 3 miles back to their business and the gasoline never moved on it she's a horrible business person and believes that she can put herself in other people's business and hide behind her store. I will never go back there again my wife will never go back there again and I may never use you haul again I am disgusted displeased and disgruntled

Our equipment was picked up and dropped off at the Centerville, MN. It was an absolutely awful experience and seriously making me question using U-haul ever again. Icing on the cake? Was charged twice when the equipment was actually returned hours early, and they refused to issue a credit because the person who checked it in on Saturday did not make note of it. Horrible, absolutely horrible experience.

I got the same person when I arrived in the morning and when I brought the truck back that afternoon, she was GREAT!! Very personable went through the process And got me out the door. This is my second time renting a truck with Ruddy rental and I would do it again. No complaints.

They couldn't pull up my contract on the computer and had to call Uhaul. I told them I could share my email copy with them but they declined. They actually read my credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit code over the phone, out loud, in front of other customers. The person behind the desk wasn't wearing gloves, wiped off my CC and then laid it back down on the counter. I was there for easily 15 minutes trying to check out.

Although the customer service person was wearing gloves, she sent a guy (who was cleaning greasy tools behind the counter) to go out and start the van and get it ready for me. She then informed me that everything in the van had been wiped down and sanitized. I told her except for the guy with the greasy hands who touched everything. I came armed with bleach/water paper towels and wiped down everything again. You have to be "all in" for this.

Trailer was very wet and filthy inside. Can never get what you want so you have to settle for anything even if you plan way ahead. Prices reflected online are not the same when you get there. Was 45 minutes Late for a one day rental and they charged for an extra day...ridiculous and poor business. Never go there again
